I was soo excited about the party tonight. I'm gonna have Malia right next to me the whole time through the party. This is our first party and our crushes are gonna be there too. This has gotta be good.

"We have 2 hours to kill until the party!" I say soo excitedly to Malia. "Yay" she says back. "I really should go back home and get ready. I rather not smell at the party" I say and giggle. "Yea, same" Malia replies back. "Bye. See you at the party!" I say as I walk out the door "Bye. See ya" she replies.

I walk home in silence as I play on my phone and text some friends. "Party tonight! You going?" I ask Devon over text. "Yea. Totally. You?" He replies "Wouldn't miss it!" I say back. "Awesome. See you there I guess" he replies "Yep!" I reply. This night is gonna be awesome I keep telling myself as I feel like something terrible will happen. I know inside that its nothing but imagination, but something tells me its a sign. Guess I'll find out soon enough.

Once I get home I take a 40 minute shower and then put my super cute outfit on which consists of a plain pink skin tight dress that goes to my knees, short sleeve jean jacket, and matching pink flats with bows on them. I hope this gets me noticed. I like Malia's outfit better but I guess I cant complain. I love my classy outfit. Malia's outfit is a pink T-shirt with a black leather jacket, black skin tight ripped skinny jeans, and matching pink converse high tops. Way more rocker style with a little pretty in pink deal. We're sure gonna stick out like a rose in a field of daisies.

After I'm ready to go with outfit on, make-up done, and hair perfect, I send a text to Malia to see if she's ready. "Ready?" I text to her. "Yep. Just finishing up my hair" she replies quickly. "Hurry. The party is starting soon and we still have to walk to the party" I text back. "Im almost done" "she replies. "I'm leaving now. I'll stand outside the doors til you get there" I text back. "Okay. See you there" she sends back.

I run downstairs and I start to walk out the door and I forgot my phone upstairs. I quickly run up stairs grab my phone. Once I had my phone I saw I had a missed call and a voicemail from Devon. I listened to the voicemail. I heard a blast of music and some jumbled words but after all that I heard "Hurry! Awesome party!" it sounded like Devon's voice. "Sweet! He's waiting for me, better hurry up and get out of here" I say to myself.
