Bright lights. People whispering. Ice cold. Where am I? Who's talking? Whats going on? "You know I miss you, Malia...," I hear a familiar voice say."I have gotten very few... but I have..." I hear the voice mumble again. The voice is so familiar, yet I have no idea who it is. "...What are you doing?" Someone else says. This time I know who's voice that is, you couldn't forget it no matter how hard you tried. It was Ace this time. "Who... you" the other voice said. Who's voice is that!? "Oh I'm Ace." He said. Why is Ace's voice so thunderous and the other so light? Are they crying? Probably. If they're saying my name, they know what has happened to me. I was hit by a car. But the sniffles are clear, the voice is not. I hear a whisper in the other direction. I walk toward it. "I miss you so much, Malia... I came to where we... It's so sad... Please be ok." Another voice says, more manly this time. Again, familiar and I have no idea who they are. "Excuse me, are you...?" Ace said but the name is unclear. Ace, can you say his name again? I need to know who that is. "Yea, and you are?" The voice says. "I'm Ace." He said proudly. Another whisper in a new direction. "I wonder how Malia is doing... I know it's been tough for her but... hope she's ok..." the new voice says, manly again. "... Isn't it? Hi I'm Ace" he says curious. Name bleeped out again, seriously. "Yea it is..." the voice says and all the whispers stopped. Ugh.

"Malia!" Ace says cheerfully. I jump as he says it. "What!" I snap and turn around scowling. "Don't be so grumpy, I have good news!" He says and smiles the deadly smile. "I'm grumpy because I'm trapped in a white, endless box that was put in a freezer. Whats the good news, maybe it will enlighten me." I say and cross my arms with my lips locked in a line. "You're friends seem nice. I have to say, you picked a good group of people to be around. I will let you see them once more in return for something" he says and smiles devilishly.
