I thought it was weird that some random guy that apparently knew Malia started talking to me and wondering what I was doing when it was clear that I was talking to Malia. Some people just make me want to smack them. When I went back into the waiting room to see where everyone was, only family and friends of Malia awaited. Mikey nor Devon were there. I went to the vending machines in the corner and got a Mountain Dew and a bag of peanut butter M&Ms, my favorites. After I got my food, I sat down where I was sitting before I went to see Malia and waited for someone to come back from wherever they are.

I sat there for nearly an hour before Mikey came back. Under his eyes were kinda puffy as if he was crying for a while, he probably was. His brown hair flipped to the side like always, but it was as if it was glued down. He hasn't smiled since that night at the party. I can't blame him for it, I haven't smiled either. He sat down next to me and began to talk. "I had a weird run-in with some random guy who is apparently friends with Malia, his name is Ace." Mikey said. "Seriously? I did too." I said quickly in total shock. "Wow, how weird." He said monotoned. "So, where'd you go? I came back an hour ago and you weren't hear." I said. "Uhh, no where really." He said like he was hiding something. "Obviously somewhere, just tell me." I said. "I went to the park." he said. "Which park?" I said, yet I already knew where. It's the park where they first met. "You know which one, I can see it on your face." He said almost like he was happy, yet he had no emotion on his face. "I know" I said then didn't talk again. It was quiet between us. No one talked. It was so silent that you heard the clock tick.
