Their first class of the day was DADA today they were learning about boggarts and how to defend them.
"Now can someone tell me what a boggart is?" The Professor looked at the hands raised. "Mr. Black could you tell us what a boggart is?". Sirius sighed before speaking.
"A boggart takes form of what your afraid of, so if your afraid of spider it will be a spider"
"And what spell do you use to repel it?" The Professor tapped his chin.
"Riddikulus"
"Yes, very good. Now when you use that charm it causes the boggart to form into a humorous for the caster. Now can everybody get in a line and we will practice" he watched as the students took their place in line.
First up was Remus, his boggart took the form of the full moon. His eyes widened and quickly said the charm making the moon turn into a balloon.
James was next his turned into him losing his family and friends. I turned into them laughing around the dinner table.
Sirius was next and he knew what his boggart was and wasn't excited about this. His boggart would take place as Remus yelling at him like, "I don't love you anymore" "you're just like your family, exactly like you mother" or him leaving because Remus thought he didn't deserve this kind of love.
When he walked up there he was shaking, sweat dripping down his face. Remus and him had been dating for 2 years, everyone knew, ever since Sirius screamed it out in the great hall. He stood there and there the boggart was Remus telling at the boy, Sirius said the quickest "Riddikulus" you could of ever heard and ran out the door, Remus trailing after him.
"Siri!" Remus called running towards his lover. Sirius has tears at the corners of his eyes soon turning into full on crying. Sirius sat in the Gryffindor common room, wiping his tears with his sleeve. Remus opened the door, walking over to his boyfriend while trying to catch his breath.
"Hey, hey it's ok. I'll never do that, leave you or anything" Remus took Sirius' chin in his two fingers and pressed their foreheads together.
"I know.. I was just s-scared" Sirius stuttered, Sirius was never scared not stuttered. Remus gave the boy a 'I love you' smile and wiped his tear with his thumb.
"I promise that will never happen, ok as long as I live. I will stay with you though everything" Remus gave him a quick kiss and cuddled up next to him. Sirius leaned into the touch.
"I love you Pads" Sirius smiled and gave Remus a long loving kiss. The two boys fell asleep on the couch that night, not even waking up to the sound of the rest of the Gryffindors coming in the room.
