"Today we are gonna be learning about the patronus charm" the professor said. It was the marauders fourth class of the day and their last class of the day.
"The patronus charm is very powerful. To create a patronus you have to think of the happiness moment or a happy thought" the Professor said again. "If you deeply love someone your patronus will change to theirs" he stated. Sirius' face went red, was his patronus gonna be a wolf?
"Now let's get started, gets your wands ready and say "extpecto matronum" hike thinking of the happy thought. May I add if it doesn't work the first time don't worry it takes practice" The Professor smiled.
The classroom was filled with "extpecto matronum's", some people got it on the first try and some not. Soon the room was filled now with multiple different light blue animals. James stayed the same while Lily's changed into a doe and danced around with the stag. Other animals did tricks and danced with each other. But at one corner of the room was Sirius and Remus. Neither wanted to participate, well Remus was to scared and embarrassed to cast the wolf and Sirius well he was nervous that everyone would find out his deepest secret.
"Why are you two standing over here?" James said walking over to his two best friends.
"James. I'm not having the whole school know" Remus said. James gave a confused look. "Did you really forget?" Remus looked disappointed but didn't bother about it. James nodded then suddenly remembered.
"Ohhhh" Sirius laughed.
"And what about you Padfoot? I thought you would love this" James said. Sirius' face went red again and motioned James away from Remus.
"James my patronus is wanna be a fucking wolf. Do you really think I want the whole school to know I like Rem?" Sirius whispered in his ear. James smirked.
"C'mon Sirius you'll be fine" James said. Sirius shook his head until he somehow finally gave in. It only took a simple spell to make a patronus appear, but a few tries. Sirius grabbed his wand and said the spell and on the first try, of course came a light blue wolf out of the end of Sirius' wand.!Everyone looked at it but thought nothing of it. Expect for Remus, James, Peter, and Lily. Sirius for the third time that class went red, deep red so did Remus' face. Sirius turned over to where Remus was but he already ran off. So Sirius went after him.
"Remus!" Sirius yelled as he got to the astronomy tower. No response. "Remus!" Sirius yelled as he got close to the top. No one. He then went to the common room, no one, the dorms, no one.
"Where the hell is he?" Sirius grabbed the map. He wasn't on the map. That meant he was in the secret area they didn't put in the map. He ran to the empty room and tickled the rug under his feet. "Remus are you done here?" Sirius ran down the stairs and sure enough, there he was.
"Remus what's wrong?" Sirius asked taking a seat next to him on the couch. Remus looked up.
"Why?" Remus' voice was shakey.
"Why What?"
"Me"
"You? Why you? I'm not getting what you mean" Sirius said.
"You l-like me? A ferocious beast" Remus said.
"Remus your nothing like, it. Your amazing, you care for everyone, your so unbelievably strong" Sirius went on and on about all the thing he liked about Remus. That made Remus even more flustered and red. "That's why I like you" Sirius smiled. Remus smiled back. Sirius kissed Remus passionately. It was pure bliss for both boys.
That was their happiness moment.
