Mitch plopped down on the couch at the end of the day. He groaned as he realized he had to get back up again. He grunted as he hoisted himself off the couch to get two glasses of wine prepared for him and his husband. He glanced at the clock as he poured the wine. Four thirty. they should be back any second. Mitch brought both glasses out onto the balcony and set the glasses on the dining table they had out there.
He heard the door open, and rushed to go see his husband and kids.
"Heyy! How'd the first day go?" Mitch smiled cheerfully, kissing Scott in the cheek and stripping Jeremy if his book bag to put it in the closet.
Scott shook his head and pursed his lips grimly.
"Not good?" Mitch whispered. he set the kids up inside to do homework so he and Scott could talk outside.
Mitch kissed Scott's lips chastely before sitting down and handing him his wine. Scott smiled cheerfully.
"Yay, wine! Wait, you get back at five fourty-five, what are you doing here?" Scott asked.
"I got off early to see you guys! I just got here. Now, tell me how the day went. Not good?" Mitch said quietly and concerned.
"Everything went fine, except for the whole daddies thing." Scott said quietly and Mitch sighed heavily. Scott nodded in agreement to his husband's exasperation.
"Yeah. Apparently they had to go up and say something about themselves, and the first thing Jeremy did was mention us" Scott and Mitch smiled a bit at that.
"So the class hates him?" Mitch asked, putting his hand to his face.
"No, just this one asshole kid. I talked to the teacher, she said she'll take care of it." Scott confirmed, making Mitch smile.
"You're such a good Daddy" Mitch smiled, leaning in to kiss Scott. Scott kissed Mitch happily, playing with the hair on the nape of his husbands neck.
"I love you" Scott said once the kiss ended. Mitch kissed his nose.
"I love you more"
A/N: that was a shit ending but I wanna make another (not a part three, but like sequel except for one shots) where the kids are teenagers! whaddya think?! :D
