Part 26

Laela decided to get something to eat and brought it back to her tent with another cup of coffee. This time in a solid black coffee mug. She falls back onto her bean bag chair and sits the cup down beside her on the table, grabbing her favorite book, The Outsiders, and leans back and starts reading.

After a few hours, she's being woken up by being shaken violently. She stands up quickly and the book falls to the floor. She runs her hands through her hair and bends down to grab the book. She turns around and sets it on the table then grabs her cup of coffee and sighs, thinking to herself 'I swear I need to stop wasting coffee' She turns around to go put it in the bucket to wash later and jumps, the coffee going everywhere and holds her hand to her chest. She had bumped into Ricky.

Holding her hand to her chest, "I am so sorry!" She chuckles awkwardly.

He just stands there. Then after a few minutes he says, "Uhm. We think we found her."

((((i know i'm switching from third person to first person, but i feel like it'll be easier for me to write. And i feel like the updates will be longer too!))))

Lily's Point of View

I have been in my room for the past couple days, only going out to the dining room to eat unless Absinthe brings the food to my room. I miss Laela more then ever right now, but part of me doesn't. I don't even remember how long I've been here. 3 days? 4? I can't remember, and i don't think she's coming for me.

I decide to get out of bed and change clothes. I guess Scarlette really does know me because most of the clothes here are leggings and hoodies, along with some sweaters and jeans. She gave me shoes, but i already know i won't ever leave so there's no point in having them. I pick out a pair of black leggings and a black hoodie with a green outline of rick and morty on the front. I decide to leave underwear alone, not putting them on, and put on a white sports bra. I go over to the tv, turning it on and decide to watch a movie.

I put beetle-juice on and lay back on the bed, pulling the covers over me. I didn't realize i was falling asleep until Absinthe wakes me up. "Hun, you have a visitor."

I snicker, "Yea, right. No one knows that I'm here." I roll back over and try to go back to sleep.

I hear her sigh, "No really. Someone is here for you. I guess Scar asked them to come? I have no idea."

I groan and raise up, turning the movie off then follow her out of the room into the main room. I stop and my eyes go wide. Standing in front of me is someone i never thought I'd see again. I feel myself start to sweat and i don't know if i believe this is real until he speaks at the same time i do.

"Lily?"

"Derek?"

how's that? im sorry it takes me forever to update this book. I'm thinking about ending it soon. I'm not sure yet.

Who do you think Derek is?
