Love Forgotten Heart Grows Cold

I think I know the choice to make

Priest Seto lead you through an old door, the cobwebs hanging around in the halway and the floor had enough dust upon it that it only showed one set of steps going down and back revealing that no one ever used this passage. Priest seto moved ahead of you in the darkness and you put your hand lightly on the wall so you could feel you were atleast still going strait. The darkness was creapy but up ahead there came an open corridor with light coming from it. You could barely keep your sigh of relief contained as you were basked in the light. Seto held his arm out to keep you behind him as he stopped just before the corridor. Footsteps sound as others walk closer.

"Can you believe this kingdom?" a dark voice came.

"It's amazing that you are king jeremy. It shows that everything you have been working so hard for will come to flourish." a cold female voice sounded. as they got closer you could finally see them. Jeremy stood tall with a dark blue skirt with gold trimming on it. as the girl wore a dark blue matching dress which you recognized as one of the other members of the 8.

"This is the past Alex this proves nothing of the present or future, all it shows is that i failed. With the world not under my control in the present."

They stopped at a door at the end of the lighted hallway you watched as Jeremy turned toward Alex. "Stay here and wait for me."

"And why should i leave you alone with her?"

His glare was enough to send chills down your spine and evidently it had the same effect on her for she stepped back and said. "As you wish." And he disappeared. Priest Seto looked at you and tucked you against the wall gently to keep you out of sight as you both waited for them to pass back by. Your mind was reeling from the fact that jeremy was in there alone with who you could only guess was midnight. Clenching your fists you felt anger roll through your body. *~calm down yugi, you must keep your cool so you dont do something drastic and get us caught.~*

*~I know yugi, just breathe and calm down. Now isnt the time~*

closing your eyes you take in a deep and slow breath trying to calm down. The image of when Midnight leaned against you with her head on your shoulder brought a blush to your cheaks. Shaking your head you try and get yourself to focus again all the while Atemu's voice was echoing in your head with laughter causing your face to heat up more. Then you heard the door down the hall shut and the foot steps walking this direction again.

"You seem on edge jeremy"

"She's as stubborn as usual, I just have to figure out how the me in the past got her to give in or how he was planning to do it."

"When do you think we will return?"

"I'm not even sure how we got here, Come lets get to the others to try and figure out how to return or if we even should."

"Why wouldnt we?"

"Cuz, i like it here"

Their footsteps disappeared and priest seto sort of shook his head and nearly punched the wall. "Stop fighting you annoying pest" he quietly growled.

As Jeremy and the girl disappeared you began fighting yourself trying to get free. The ever annoying priest was fighting you tooth and nail. Before you knew it your fist was going towards the wall before you managed to stop it.

Stop fighting you annoying pest" You growled then glanced into the corridoor seeing it was vaccant you bolted into it and down to the door at the end not caring if yugi was behind you or not. As you shoved the door open you walked into the dimly lit room to see what looked like midnight chained up. Running to her you pull the earing from the priest's ear and bend the metal. As you worked on the locks she raised her head and you seen her eyes widen when she seen you. "It's me, Midnight."
