CHAPTER 14

I am so not getting up, no matter what I won't open my window.

In Theory I won't get up but in reality I would; what should I pick?

I pulled my cover away and got out of bed. I sighed, once again I knew deep down that I was still going to check no matter what, I drawed the curtains back only a tiny bit to see the persons face and figure, but the person wouldn't be able to tell if I was looking out or not.

Who the hell is this?! A random stranger was standing outside and was throwing pebbles at my window. He must be drunk, no sane person would do that, Well Ewan did ; look how that worked out.

I sat against the window wall and was wondering what I should. The most logical thing would be telling mum and waking her up. But was it really important she must be so tired from her 13 hour shift, on top of that she has to deal with a random drunk guy.

Tap. Tap. Tap.

I groaned, what if he breaks the window and climbs in, what if he attacks mum? Many thoughts ran in my head. Suddenly like a bulb went of in my head ; Jax.

Could I really call my teacher though? Urgh for now he's your neighbour.

I dialled his number...rringggggg. Would he pick up it's 1am? Whilst I was in my thoughts I heard a muffled hello.

"Jaxx" I whispered.

"Miss me already?"

"No you fool, this is no time to joke around. I need your help." I said desperately

"What's wrong, Emma?" He said in a concerned voice.

"Some guy-" before I could finish he hanged up. Great that's lovely, now who do I call...

Another bulb popped up; Ewan...? Errrrrrr I hestitated before I called him, but better safe than sorry.

"Get your ass to my house I need help."

"done." He said

I scratched my head would be really come?

Tap. Tap. Tap. This time it was louder and I jumped when he threw a Pebble at my window.

I grabbed my thickest jacket and my biker boots, I grabbed a baseball bat as well, I creeped out of my room and down the stairs.

I unlocked the door and went outside. I knew this was a bad idea but I would have gone crazy from paranoia. I went to the side of my house where my window was located. I then saw that stupid man holding a can of beer and pebbles in his hand.

"Excuse me! What are you doing here?" I said in an deep and angry voice. I tried to make my voice deeper than it was to try to scare him which was obviously not working.

"Young ladyyyy you want to play pebbles " wtf did that mean?

I gave a disgusted look and moved back from him.

"Don't be like this come" he moved closer to me. I moved back but this time he grabbed my wrist and before I knew it I was trapped in his grip, he pushed me to the wall and I was stuck.

"I've called the police! Leave me alone!!" I shouted to intimidate him. That didn't work as he strengthened his grip.

" Lady I just want to have fun" He staggered a bit whilst he said this. I pushed him and kicked his groin, he hunched in pain and I tried to run away but he grabbed my leg and before I knew it he slammed his can onto my leg, In pain I groaned; thats definitely going to be a bruise.

He then hugged me and wouldn't let go.

"Let me go." I tried pushing him back, kicking him but he would not budge.

I then suddenly felt his weight being lifted off of me and I felt that I could move freely. I looked  behind me to see Ewan now standing in front of me, covering me with his arm. I turned back to the man and saw Jax dealing with him. He called the police and had his arm twisted behind his back.

"You came huh."

"I ran the moment you called"

I stared at him.

"So you two are now best friend cops huh?" I said holding my leg.

"No we are just mutual frnemies" he said whilst holding me up. I held onto his shoulder and I buried my head into his shoulder, mhmm smells like strong cologne. Even at this time I couldn't believe he could smell this good. I looked up at him, he stared back at me and I got of his arms, but this wasn't a good idea as my legs had no energy I dropped to the ground and I felt a pain through my body.

"Uh guys I think I'm falling as-" before I could finish this sentence I felt my eyes closing.

I really thought this was not a coincidence that they both came at the same time.
What I wasn't prepared for was the next day, how was I going to explain this to my mum? How would I face the both of them?
