A dive back into insanity - part 2

Toxsa chuckled darkly as Maggy glared at the undead boy. Even tho she didn't want to fight him. But if he intends to attack she intends to defend.

"Don't do this Toxsa. You know how this will play out." Maggy tried to get him to back down

"Well of course I do. You run because you're not truly a fighter, I chase you, you mess up, and I cut into like a piece of cake." Toxsa laughed as he finished his sentence

Maggy shivered.

"I've heard a lot of stuff from you, Toxsa. But that was just fucked up. And I am to a fighter." Maggy thought

Toxsa took a step froward while Maggy stood her ground. She thought of the things he's capable of. Then her thoughts were cut short when Toxsa lunged at her. She quickly jumped back before he could make contact. Then she took off.

"I can't and won't mess up. I've really gotta make this quick or there's no doubting Gen will get involved." Maggy thought as she ran

Maggy knew she had an advantage, she knew Toxsa could only run for so long before his body gives out. And considering her previous job Maggy had very good stamina and speed. Just as she suspected he dropped to the floor after a minute and a half. But no one's stupid enough to believe their safe after encountering him once.

Tho he isn't athletic, he is persistent. And with just a little energy he can leave serious damage. That means the next course of action is escape or subdue him. And there was no way Maggy was leaving the her son and friends behind. She ran to the lobby and hid behind the reception desk.

"I still haven't learned a damn thing about avoiding the problems." Maggy said to herself quietly

She waited until she heard footsteps then quietly grabbed the nearest and most useful object. A needle, containing a sedative. Once the footsteps stopped she moved. Staying low and quiet until she saw Toxsa. Luckily his back was faced to her.

"Perfect." Maggy thought

She slowly and quietly appoarched. Just as she got close he turned slightly, enough to see her. But it was far too late to retaliate. Maggy grabbed Toxsa a jammed the needle into the crook of his neck. Toxsa gasped as his body began giving in.

"You really have forgotten how I play this stupid game." Maggy said before Toxsa passed out

She removed the needle and gently set him down. She sighed then looked at his technical arm.

"He must have designed it. After all I experienced first hand what he can do. In all honesty he seems like genius to me." Maggy thought

Suddenly a loud thud made itself audible. Maggy look the the source. Her eyes widened at the sight. Chooki was unconscious, obviously physically beaten, as Guren stood above him with only a few scratches.

"Maybe I was wrong to deny the idea of being alpha. After all you certainly aren't fit for such a thing." Guren said just enough to be audible

He looked to Maggy and Toxsa. Then in a low seemingly threatening tone..

"Maggy..... We need to talk.."
