Hospital with a threat

Maggy stared at the many red flames. Quiet a few green.
Scattered yellow.
And one signal purple.

Guren looked at Maggy with an empathetic expression. In return Maggy gave him a little confused look.

His mind traveled back to what Maggy had done for him. How her investigating and utter determination lead him back to sanity, and reunited him with his father and friends.

"I can't." Guren said his expression sincere and merciful

"What do you mean?" Maggy asked getting scared

"Guys. We can't do this to her. We have to spare her." Guren said

Toxsa and Chooki nodded.

"What're you talking about?" Maggy asked frightened

Before she could do anything Toxsa and Chooki pinned her to the ground. Maggy struggled but stopped as she felt something.. off. She looked to Toxsa's arms.......

Arms...

Plural...

A technological arm replaced the one Toxsa had been missing. Finally that first argument made sense.

"I'm sorry for this...." Guren apologized

Before she had time to register what was happening a suddenly force rendered Maggy unconscious.

*3 a.m.*

Gen was laying in bed with Idia and Liela by his side. He couldn't sleep, because he just felt like something was wrong. Specifically something wrong with Maggy.

He sighed as his thoughts progressively got more and more negative. Then he was thankfully broken from his mind when his phone rang. He reached for it careful of the puppies. He answered without any thought, and was immediately met the incoherent and panicked yelling from Ceylan.

"Shut up!!" Gen yelled into the phone

Ceylan stopped yelling but his panicked breathing was still audible.

"Alright, now just tell me as calmly as you can, what's going on?" Gen asked

"MAGGY'S IN THE HOSPITAL!!" Ceylan yelled

Gen's mind went wild with horrific thoughts. He shook his head wanting to deny it.

"Stop joking around. It isn't funny." Gen said with a venomous tone

"I'm not joking! She's unconscious with like several different injuries!" Ceylan shouted

Gen immediately hung up after hearing that and jumped out of bed. Idia and Liela stood up, as Gen quickly put on his jacket and shoes. He grabbed the key Maggy had given him to get in the house and took off, Idia and Liela close behind.

He ran to the hospital. He assumed since Ceylan told him Maggy was here then he was there to. Idia and Liela panted tired from the run, Gen picked them up.
As he tried to find Ceylan and possibly Maggy, doctors and nurses began surrounding him because of the cuts, tears, and holes that lined his body. He quickly reacted by trapping them under chairs and small desks. Of coarse this made noise witch brought attention.

Gen ran into another hallway before another crowd arrived. As he watched people try to free the trapped doctors and nurses, Mrs. Jones found him.

"Gen." Mrs. Jones called from where she stood

Gen looked over to her. She signaled him to follow. He nodded. He kept close behind getting more nervous as the seconds went by. Mrs. Jones lead him to a room that was dimly lit inside.

"I want you to get ready for what you're about to see." Mrs. Jones said with worried expression

Gen stayed quiet. He took a moment to gather any and all strength he had, then set the puppies down. He slowly opened the door. Ceylan, Mr. Jones, and Beni stood in front of Maggy's bed blocking Gen's view.

"Is it bad?" Gen asked shakily

Beni turned around with worry written all over her face.

"That depends on your definition." She said her voice wavering a little

Gen gulped and walked over. He immediately regretted his decision.

Maggy laid back in her bed sleeping, her shoulder, wrist, and forearm was stitched in several different places, her left eye was bruised, and her head had cleaned scratches.

What made it even worse was it was all raw. The flesh around each individual wound was red with black lining close to the wound itself.

Gen went silent, his expression showed terror and sadness. Suddenly serval objects burst in the room as Gen let tears run down his face.

"I-If you want I can stay with the two of you." Ceylan suggested

Gen nodded, still silent, his view focused on Maggy. A doctor walked in catching everyones attention except for Gen.

"Visiting hours are over. Please exit." The doctor announced

Mrs. Jones looked at Ceylan who gave her pleading look, then to Gen, then back to the doctor.

"Get out." Mrs. Jones said with a violent tone

"Miss you really-"

"Don't you 'miss' me! I don't care who are or what status you hold! There is one thing that needs to be driven into your worthless skull! My son always comes first, and refuse to let him down for anyone's sake! Therefore Visiting hours are over when I SAY they're over! Got it!" Mrs. Jones yelled viciously

Ceylan smiled in awe. He had never seen his mother get that angry with someone before.

"y-y-yes ma'am. I'm sorry to disturb you." The doctor stuttered and left quickly

Mrs. Jones sighed with relief. She set up chairs with Ceylan. Then they all sat in silence, waiting.

Gen pushed his chair closer to the bed and laid his head next to Maggy's hand. After a few hours had passed and everyone except Gen was asleep. Gen sighed feeling tears pricked his eyes as they closed.

Then someone gently rubbed his head.
His eyes snapped open. He looked to Maggy who gave him a sweet reassuring smile as she rubbed his head.

"Mom!" Gen shouted

He hugged her while shaking slightly. Maggy rubbed his back, happy he was the first one to greet her after being unconscious. Soon enough everyone else woke up one by one, and only 2 hours after that the power cut out side the room.

Ceylan and Gen clung to their mouthers, Beni shook in fear, Mr and Mrs. Jones gave no obvious emotion and Maggy's eye widened, as screams filled the darkness from outside the room.

Suddenly it all stopped. An eerie silence taking form causing a deep sense of dread. Maggy knew what this was. As cheep a move as it is. Something was challenging her

And she wasn't going to back down.
