Jealously Can Ruin Everything

Why did Adrian walk off? I need to go and find him, I need to see what is wrong with him. Maybe something happened upstairs. Or maybe he's pissed I walked off with Randy and didn't come back to find him.

I pulled away from Randy.

"What's wrong baby?" Randy asked me. He was wasted and I could smell alcohol on his breath 12 feet away.

"I need to go find Adrian. I totally forgot about him, I just saw him a second ago and he looked mad at me." I said turning around and heading into the direction I saw Adrian go.

As I wandered around the house I decided to go check outside. I looked around and then I saw him. He was sitting on the bench next to the house. There was a little light right about the bench and he was sitting there on his phone.

Staring at it. When I saw him, he looked upset. Like he just lost somebody. I wanted to go over to him and hug him, but by the way he looked at me. The way he looked upset. I knew he would just push me away.

"Adrian." I called out and he looked at me for a second then went rihgt back to his phone.

I walked over to him slowly not wanting him to tell me to leave him alone.

"Adrian? Is something wrong?" I asked him as I made my way over. When I final;;y reached the bench, I took a seat next to him.

"Do you really even fucking care Melissa? I mean you just fucking left me! All alone!" He said raising his voice.

"I'm sorry okay, you said it was fine. I lost track of time." I said.

"More like 2 hours." He said showing me the time on his phone.

I looked to the ground disappiinted in myself for doing that to him. I was a shit friend for doing that.

"I'm osrry Adrian. But you could have just come and oggtne me." I said.

"You were off grinding against the asshole Randy and sticking your tongue down his throat!" Adrian yelled.

"Adrian, are you jealous?" I asked.

"NO! I'm not! I'm just pissed that you would do that. I mean since we have the whole friends with benefits thing going on." Adrian said calming down a bit.

"Yeah that's exactly what it is. We aren't dating Adrian. I can do whatever I want and who ever i want. You have no right to be pissed at me for kissing Randy. This FWB was your idea! I don't get what the fuck your problem is!" I yelled getting irritated.

How could he say that?

"You know what? You're right, you were you a simple fuck. It's not like it meant anything! It was sex! And it was sure a big misrake!" I yelled.

"You know what, fuck you, Melissa. It wasn't just "sex" and you and I both know it. And if you really think that it was a mistake, how about we just end it now?!" Adrian yelled.

"Fine! You're just a fucking jealous asshole anyway!" I yelled getting up from the bench and marching out of the backyard and into the house.

I heard Adrian yell my name but I didn't respond.

I didn't want to talk to him. Sleeping with him was the worst mistake I have ever made.

I couldn't stand to be at the party anymore so I ended up calling and Uber and heading back to the beach house. As I arrived at the house, I looked at my phone and saw I had 14 messages and 3 missed calls from Adrian.

Fuycking Asshole!

I soon began to cry. I needed to let it all all. I just lost my best friend.

I knew this would happen.I went into mine in Adrian's room and sat on the bed.I got underneath the covers and stripped.The dress I was wearing would be way too uncomfortable to cry to sleep in.

As I cried I heard the door open.

"Melissa?" I heard Adrian say and then I felt him rub my back.

"I'm so sorry. I never meant for you to cry," he said. He got into the bed and pulled my close to him.

"Please don't cry." He said kissing my neck after he moved my hair.

"We were so stupid. We ruined everything." I cried out.

"No, that's not true. No matter what happens Melissa, we will always be friends."He said and i turned around to face him.

He had been crying too. I saw the tear marks coming down his face.

I thought of many things about how this could play out.But only 1 made the most sense.I pulled him close to me and I kissed him before even thinking it over again.As we made out I felt him bite my lip begging for entrance. As I allowed his tongue to enter my mouth he pulled me on top of him.

"Adrian, what are we doing?" I asked him as he kissed my neck.

"Ending this for good." He said looking into my eyes.

"What if I don't want this to end?" I asked him. I didn't want this to stop, I need him.

"It has to. I can't hurt you." Adrian said kissing me again.

I pulled away for a second.

"Then we shouldn't doing this. If this is goodbye to the fwb, then we should stop now." I said.

"Is it over?" I asked him and he nodded.

I looked down not knowing what to do.

"I'm gonan go sleep in the other bed." Isaid climbing off of him.

"I'm sorry Melissa." He said as I crawled into the other bed.
