Indigo POV-

" I'm sorry, repeat that last sentence for me please "

" This is your brother, Chase. "

" My brother ? " No. I already have a brother.. Well had a brother.

" Is this some kind of joke ?, I lost my brother, Tara. " I look down not sure on how to feel. I can't replace him.

" He's Mine and Marvin's son, Indi.. Therefore he is your brother." She continues explaining as if I don't understand how it works.

" I'm a Marine, that's why you haven't heard of me. " This time he's the one to speak up.

" That doesn't explain why I didn't know of you before, Chase. " I cross my arms afraid to break.

" They wanted to make sure you could handle it, you can't blame them. "

" Did you know about me ? " I can't help but ask, I need to know.

" Yes. I tried to reach out to you 2 years ago, but we all thought it was best if I waited until you came to us. " He wanted to meet me ?

I can't think of anything else to say and before I knew it I was out the door heading towards my car.

" Darlin' Wait " This time its Ajax to follow me.

After two days of silence he decides to speak up now ?!?

" What. "

" You can't just leave. "

" Did you know ?."

He doesn't answer, instead he finds interest in his hands.

" Ajax. Did you know ?." I repeat

" Yes Darlin', I knew. "

" Fuck You." I start the ignition of my car, pulling out of the lot.

A few hours have passed and I've found comfort in sorting through my weapons, there's something special about holding something so dangerous.
It's like a thrill and love of no other, it's amazing.
