Indigo POV

I hear the faint whispers of my name over the loud throbbing in my head, the memories of today floating throughout my mind.

" Indigo, can you hear me ? " I groan at the sound of a voice getting louder and louder with every word.

" Ajax ? " I whisper, grabbing my head in pain.

" What happened ? " He questions, pressing a wet cloth to my head.

" I was getting ready for a shower and I guess I fell " Shock now over whelming me when I realise I'm naked in front of Ajax.

Quickly grabbing the towel from the bathroom sink, covering myself up as a blush creeps up my cheek.

" You don't have to hide yourself from me darlin'. " He smirks.

I awkwardly cough before attempting to get up.

" Here, let me help. " He grabs my hand pulling me up from my position on the floor.

" Thank you. " I whisper before signalling him to leave.

" I'll be right down the hall, don't hesitate to give me a shout. " He smiles before leaving the room.

I watch as the blood runs down my body meeting with the water pooling at my feet.
I didn't realise how much was actually on me until now.

I'm lost and broken.
I killed two men after promising myself that I'd never give in to gang violence again, I'm a monster.

I can't help but wonder if Ajax and Chase have ever killed anyone, and how the hell they moved on from it... What about my father ? Has he too experienced this emptiness ?

I shut off the water grabbing my towel and wrapping it around my body.

" Marvin ? " I knock on the office door.

" Yes sweetheart ? " He looks up at me with a smile on his face.
I don't know why but after everything that happened today I really needed to see and talk to him, I've never felt so alone and confused.

" I know what you're thinking. " He points to the seat in front of him.
I accept his offer and sit down before him, playing with the rings on my finger.

" They were members of a rival MC. " He begins.
" You did what you had to do, please understand that. "

" I know, trust me I do. It's just hard to get over. " I shrug my shoulders.

" We will handle it and I promise they won't come bothering you or your girls again. " Handle it ? Was he going to kill them ?.

" Handle it ? " I decide to voice my thoughts.
