Indigo POV

I can't help the dread and worry that overwhelms me as we sit around the table discussing our plan to take down Andre.
Just the thought on what he could do to them is enough to have my stomach turning.

What if one of them get hurt ? Or much worse, dies. That will be on me.
I'm never one to sit down and have a pity party for one, but when the people I care about are involved, it's inevitable.

" You okay princess ?. " T-bones voice drags me out of my thoughts.
I can't find the words to express how I'm feeling without saying to much, so I answer with a simple nod.
As if he knew I was breaking, he places his hand on my shoulder before giving it a squeeze.

What would I do without this man ?. I'd be lost.

" Hey Sweetheart, you with us ?. " My father turns to me.
" Yeah, I'm listening. " I manage a smile.

I can't help but notice the eyes of the club on me as I walk out to the garage, it's as if everyone is on high alert for a breakdown and to be honest with you, so am I.
I'm not sure how much longer I can hold it in before grabbing my weapon and going on a one man mission.

I want the asshole dead.

" Indi!. " Kali calls across the lot.
" Yeah ?. "
" You doing okay ?. " I swear if I'm asked this one more time today, I will break.
" I'm fine Kali, now whats up ?. "
" Good because we need to take this fucker down, can't do that if you're an emotional mess. " I couldn't help the smile that overcomes my face, Kali was a bitch but man she always knew what to say.
" That's my girl. " She slaps me on the shoulder.

" IS THE PRINCESS SMILING ?!. " T-bone shouts from his bike.
" You won't be in a minute. " I threaten while throwing my rag in his direction.
I watch as he throws his hands up in surrender before looping his arms around Kali. God these two are adorable, a true badass power couple.

" Kali, can Ajax speak with you for a moment ? " T-bone whispers. She nods and walks away.

" How are you doing ?. " Here we go again with that dreaded question.
" I'm fine T, just want to find the asshole and be done with it. "
" We will, don't worry. "
" That's the thing T, I want to do this alone. I can't have you guys getting caught in the cross fire, so please help me find the fucker and let me be on my way. " I watch as a mix of emotions over come his features, almost as if he agrees.
" No. " With that single word, he walks off.

Being to caught up in my work, I hadn't noticed the time. Pushing onto 4pm, I grab onto my tool box and head towards the club house.

" Tara!. " I watch as she lifts her head from the mountain of paper work.
" What's up sweetheart ?. " I couldn't help but notice the raging eye bags that now shadow her beautiful blue eyes.

" Where's the boys ?. " Around 11 they all tended to vanish, Kali included.
" In church I think. " Without me ?
" Thanks Ma. " I've fallen into the habit of calling her 'Ma' due to the club.

I open the big doors that lead into the chapel, a certain face catching my eye.
" Tico ? What are you doing back ?. " Confused on his appearance, I pull him into a hug.
" I heard what happened, don't worry we will get the Prick. " Thankful he didn't ask how I was doing, I pulled him into another hug.
" Care to explain on why I wasn't notified of this meeting, Father. " Converting my attention to my Father at the head of the table.
" We seen you were busy working on the bikes and didn't want to bother you. " He lies through his teeth.

Instead of protesting, I take a seat next to Tico, nodding to my father to carry on.

The fact Tico is back has been flashing red flags in my head, what is happening and why won't they tell me ?
Where the hell is Kali when you need her.
I grab my phone out of my pocket before dialling her number.
" Where are you ?. "
" I'm at the bar, are you working tonight?. "
