Chapter 11

JINXX POV

Goddammit, I thought. Why couldn't we have been alone?

The way she kissed me... I couldn't even describe it. All I can say is that it was the best kiss I'd ever had. Ever.

But, of course, with all of the people around, someone was bound to interupt. "Ewwww," I could hear Jamie say.

Oh, shove it, I thought. She had to be like 10. She should be used to seeing people kiss.

Alaina's hands were still holding my face, and I moved my hand to the small of her back, and my other hand touched her face. I could feel her smile, which caused me to chuckle. A quiet, pleased sound escaped her throat, and I suddenly felt as if I were on fire. How was she making me feel like this? What exactly was this feeling? I'd never felt it before.

But I liked it.

"Seriously, guys. If you're going to continue, you need to go get a room," Trevor snickered from the other side of the room.

Alaina pulled her face a few inches away from mine with a smirk, raising an eyebrow as if to ask "Do you want to go get a room?"

My eyes widened as I took in her expression and her silent question. She had to be joking, right?

ALAINA POV

I could hear Trevor say, "Seriously, guys. If you're going to continue, you need to go get a room," with a laugh.

I decided maybe we were being too... well, ya know... in front of these people, so I decided to stop, although I didn't want to. What had Trevor said? Get a room? My mind started to wander... Hmm..

I smirked and raised up one of my eyebrows to Jinxx, to see if he would make the decision for me. We had been together only a few days.. yet I felt like he was my other half. But I decided that it was way too soon. But I did like the way Jinxx's eyes widened as he thought over what Trevor had just said and what my expression implied...
