ALAINA POV

I watched Black Veil Brides' show. Well, mostly Andy. He was just so cute. I couldn't stop staring. What was wrong with me?

And then I noticed Jinxx. I had always known he was the quietest one in the band, but tonight he seemed extra quiet and sad. I looked at him and he had a sad expression on his face. I sighed. Why was he so unhappy? Was it our fault? I hoped not. I didn't want my saviors to be upset because of something I did.

When the show ended, I walked up to Jinxx. "Are you okay?" I asked. When he looked up at me, his face brightened.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Why?"

"I just wanted to make sure you weren't upset. And I was really hoping that if you were, it wasn't mine or my bands' fault," I chuckled.

"No, I'm okay. I'm just... tired," he said, and his eyes darted to something behind me. "Um, I have to go. Nice talking to you," he smiled and waved and walked away.

"Yeah, nice talking to you," I said back.

I was starving, so I went up to the bands and asked if they wanted to go to McDonald's. Of course, everyone said yes. We piled into Black Veil Brides' tour bus and went to find the nearest one.

"So, can we have a tour of your bus?" I asked, curious as to what theirs looked like compared to ours.

"Sure," CC said, and he got up. He showed me his bunk first, then Jinxx's, then Jake's, then Ashley's and lasly, Andy's. Then he showed me the kitchen, the bathroom, and the living room, which was where we were all at at the moment.

"Nice. Way nicer than ours," Mikey said. Trevor nodded in agreement. He seemed to have gotten over his weird funk from earlier today.

I sat down, and then noticed that I was sitting awkwardly close to Jinxx. "Oh, I'm sorry," I said as I scooted away. He looked kind of disappointed.

"It's okay," he mumbled. He again looked upset.

I poked his arm to get his attention. "Are you sure you're okay?" I whispered.

He nodded. Then looked away. I sighed. He looked at me and raised an eyebrow. I just shrugged and looked away. This was so awkard. Finally, we got to McDonalds. I was too lazy to move, so I told Sarah to get me a McChicken and fries and a sprite.

"Fine," she said.

Jinxx was asleep next to me. Hmm, maybe he was being serious when he said he was just tired. Now that I thought about it, I was tired, too. "I'll get Jinxx something. He'll wake up for food," Jake said and everyone laughed and piled out of the tour bus. The door slammed and Jinxx jumped.

"Woah," he said. Then he looked around. "Where is everybody?"

"They went to get food," I said and pointed at the golden arches of the McDonald's sign.

"Oh," he said, then he awkwardly looked away. "So... did you have fun tonight?"

"Yeah, I had a lot of fun. Did you?" I asked. I thought I saw him move closer to me, but I wasn't sure.

"Yeah. But, I noticed something when you were playing. Why do you hold back? You act like you're scared of what you can do on guitar," he said, and his eyes got really big as he looked at me and waited for me to say something.

"I guess I just don't think I'm that good. I'm scared to try to do something else, because I might mess everything up."

He looked off into the distance and pursed his lips. "Well, I could give you lessons. It could maybe help your confidence. You don't really need guitar lessons, but you do need confidence lessons. You think too low of yourself."

I noticed that he was blushing. I smiled and said, "thank you," and hugged him. That was probably the sweetest thing anyone had ever said to me. He waited a second, and then hesitantly hugged me back. "Sorry," I said, "But that was the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me. My family never had confidence in my music career, and I think that's why I hold myself back; they always told me I would fail, so I feel like they're right; that I will fail. So I don't want to risk anything by trying something different. But, if you could teach me, maybe I could try something crazy sometime."

He was still blushing from when I hugged him. "S-sure," he stammered. "I could teach you some now if you would like?"

"Sure." I grabbed my guitar, and he wrapped his arm around me. At first, I froze. What was going on? Then I realized that he was putting his hand on the guitar strings. Oh, that's right. He's teaching me how to play guitar. Stupid me. He put my fingers on the right strings and began teaching me some crazy combinations. "Wow," I said, "You are crazy talented."

"Well you are, too. Look. You're playing exactly what I play," he said as he put his arm back at his side. I sighed, disappointed that he had let me go. I liked it. He heard me sigh and he blushed. Then he cleared his throat, "What's taking them so long?"

"Hmm.. I'm not sure."

Just then, the door opened and they all climbed in.

"Sorry, they were packed, and they had to make more fries, so it took a while," Andy said, and then his eyes moved to Jinxx and I, sitting very close to eachother on the sofa, Jinxx's arm still somewhat on me. Andy raised an eyebrow in Jinxx's direction and Jinxx just blushed and looked down with a smile on his face.

JINXX POV

I heard a loud noise and jumped awake. Oops, I had fallen asleep. The only other person on the bus was Alaina. Of course. She explained that we were at McDonald's. Then we started talking about the show. I told her that she held back too much when playing guitar, which led to me teacher her new notes. I slowly wrapped my arm around her, and she froze. "Great, now I've made things weird" I thought to myself. But then she relaxed and I slid my hand onto the guitar. I touched her slim fingers and moved them to the correct strings. My heart beat incredibly fast, it was a wonder she didn't hear it.

I looked at her. Her face was red... from blushing? Maybe? I don't know, but I blushed too. In that moment, I knew I liked her. More than I should like someone I had known for a day.

I slid my arm off of her and she sighed. What? Was it because I let her go? Did she not want me to?

And then it was all over too soon. Everyone else got back on the bus, and we headed back to get their tour bus so we could all head over to the next show, which was in Chicago, Illinois. On the way back to their tour bus, Alaina fell asleep. Her head fell onto my shoulder, and I froze. Well, this wasn't how I planned that to happen. But, it felt nice. I relaxed, until, that is, we hit a bump in the road and her head fell off of my shoulder. I caught her, and layed her on my lap. Mostly everyone else was asleep, also, so no one commented on what was happening, but Andy kept smiling at me. I brushed my fingers through her hair, careful not to wake her. She was so beautiful. I felt the urge to bend down and kiss her, but I knew that that wouldn't be a good idea. She didn't like me. I didn't know her. It was just a small crush that I would soon be over.
