Sorry for taking so long.
Excuse any mistakes.
We were all leaving the Pizza place by now, and I was debating if I was going to school tomorrow.
I didn't want Jaylee to go because he could easily go to her school and say he's her grandpa, and he's checking her out.
But I had a solution.
I was strapping Jaylee in when I heard my name being called.
I looked up, and saw Calvin jogging over to me.
When he got a foot away from me, he spoke.
"Look, I'm sorry about what happened, but I can assure you they wont tell a soul." He explained.
I smiled, "It's fine really."
"Can I get your number?"
"I currently don't have a phone, it broke." I lied.
"Oh okay. Well I'll see you tomorrow then?"
"Yes you will."
He nodded and walked away.
I got into the car, and drove off.
I decided tomorrow I'm going to buy me a phone, and go job searching.
I want to move out of this state, maybe to California, but just far away from Him.
Hopefully he doesn't find me, but since he's a police, I doubt it would be hard for him.
I had finally pulled up to the Motel. I got out the car, and went to Jaylee's side, and picked her up since she was sleep.
I walked into the place, and gave a friendly smile to the lady at the front desk, and she returned the gesture.
I slowly walked to our room, and opened the door with the key.
I laid Jaylee on the bed, and as I was about to change her clothes I noticed a piece of paper of the stand next to bed.
I walked over to it, and picked it up.
- You can run, but you can't hide. I will always find you. Come home.
My heart literally dropped as I read this note, and I just wanted to go in a corner and cry.
I could never escape him, no matter where I went. No matter what I did, he would always find me.
I didn't even feel safe in this room anymore knowing he had been here.
I quickly checked the bathroom, the closet, and under the bed making sure no one was there.
I sighed in relief.
We had to leave, but I didn't want to be spending this money over different motels.
I wish I had friends at times like this.
Thinking it was no harm in staying one more day, I changed Jaylee and I clothes, and got into the bed, slowly drifting off to sleep.
~*~*~*~
Morning came, and I decided Jaylee would be going to school, while I went out and ran some errands.
I want to go to school, but there is some things I need to do today, and I'll just simply go to tomorrow, I just hope my absence doesn't catch anybody's attention.
I slowly got out of bed, and went into the bathroom.
I brushed my teeth, and applied minimal make up, such as eyeliner, and mascara.
I put my curly hair in a high ponytail, then made a socket bun, but without the sock, and I put on a white headband.
Satisfied, I walked out the bathroom, and proceeded to wake Jaylee up.
She woke up after thirty seconds of shaking her.
"Good morning mama." She said sleepily.
I smiled, "Good morning baby. Get up so we can get you ready for school."
She nodded and got out of the bed.
(A:N) I would've made this longer, but I'm doing this on my phone, and I really didn't feel like typing anymore, and sorry for taking so long to update. I've been mostly focusing on school. I'll try to update more frequently.
