-Chapter 2-

2nd February 2019,

Yunhyeong wake up as usual, did his morning routine, ate breakfast and drank coffee. even so, he was tired. He looks like a zombie but still cute. He drove himself to school and dropped into his seat.

everyone was confused and worried. Yunhyeong's always cheerful and energetic. But today, he laid on his arm, covering his face, taking a quick nap.

He then suddenly sat up straight as he felt the breeze of cold ice and the calm wind. but oddly, he was the only one feeling it. He looked up and saw Soojin walking in his classroom with a backpack.

wait, her ?

Yunhyeong without hesitation, stood up straight, making loud noises as he push his chair to stand up. They locked eyes as Soojin walked past him. He got lost in her beautiful eyes.

"ya~ Song yunhyeong what is wrong with you ?" Jinhwan asked as he pushed Yunhyeong softly to wake him up.

"what ?" Yunhyeong snapped out of his thoughts "what did you say ?"

"are you okay ?" Chanwoo asked politely as Yunhyeong's older than him "you seem tired today"

"oh..yeah !! i'm fine, thanks" Yunhyeong flashed his perfect eye smile and sat down "i'm just a little tired, that's all"

"a little ? it looks like you're really tired" Jinhwan replied sarcastically.

"do you guys know who she is ?" Yunhyeong ignored Jinhwan and looked at Soojin.

"who ?" Jinhwan looked at Soojin too then turned back "why ?"

"ah~ Soojin-sshi you mean ?" Chanwoo nodded his head "she's clearly our classmate"

"owh, i just realised her existence" Yunhyeong smiled again.

"odd, but okay" Jinhwan nodded his head and pouted.

after a few classes, it was English. Yunhyeong couldn't focus but everything the teacher said entered his mind anyway. Questions filled up his mind about Soojin.

"so today, we're having pairing works !" The teacher announced and everyone looked at their planned partners "there, there. you won't choose your partner, so one by one, come to my table, grab a small piece of paper"

everyone groaned

One by one his classmate grabbed the paper. Jinhwan got their classmate, Junhoe. Chanwoo got a girl, Chaerin. Yunhyeong was the 2nd last person to take the paper.

He prayed it wouldn't be Soojin. his heart beats faster as he opened the paper slowly. He kept praying again and again. he opened it.

"soojin"

oh god.

Yunhyeong just smile and walked to her seat, still with his smile. He sat down next to her with all his stationaries. Soojin was just calm but not Yunhyeong. He was a little tense. They were told to talk to each other about a topic. they got to talk about themselves and ask questions.

"so, how's your day so far ?" Yunhyeong started the conversation awkwardly.

"it's alright i guess" Soojin sighed slightly "you ?"

"it's okay, just okay" Yunhyeong replied and smiled "i'm song Yunhyeong"

"i know, i'm Kim Soojin" She kept quiet to wait for yunhyeong to talk.

"did you move here recently ?" Yunhyeong as expected, continued the conversation.

"no, it's just that you just noticed me" Soojin was straightforward.
