-chapter 16-

what was yunhyeong doing ?

he got dropped off in the woods with bruises and blood all over him. He was injured badly but he could still tolerate it. He looked around and it was a part of the woods; where he never explored.

he felt a sudden feeling and started walking towards an unplanned destination. He kept on walking even though he torn his muscle on his calf. He then stopped when he reached wherever his heart was telling him.

it was a house-in fact, it was Soojin's house.

He got confused, why would someone have a house in the middle of the woods. he knocked the door without hesitating, just to seek help.

The next thing he knew, the door blew open; revealing a man with huge gold armour and a sword pointing out and a woman with the same matching armour, a fierce look on as she stood in her combat stance.

he stumbled backwards immediately, fell on his butt and he crawled backwards. He was frightened by how strong and huge they look. The two mysterious people looked at each other and lowered their weapon.

"i'm sorry, i was just passing through" Yunhyeong gulped in fear.

"i know who you are~" The woman said softly, approached him and helped him up "come on in, you're badly injured"

"i don't want to-" Yunhyeong got dragged inside anyways.

They then sat down in the living room. The man, across the woman and Yunhyeong. looking very odd.

"you're a friend of my daughter, soojin" The man claimed and looked at Yunhyeong.

"we're her parents. since you're close to her, you know who she really is. right ?" Her mother asked to reassure her husband.

"yes, i know what she is.." He paused then remembered something " you guys have to save her ! she got captured by the titans"

"hey~calm down" Her mother comforted him and placed a hand on his shoulders

"and it's my fault..she should've just let me die instead of joining them" Yunhyeong mumbled and looked to the ground in guilt.

"it's not your fault, child. don't worry" Her mother calmed him down again, making him breathe in and out.

"she's a smart girl. i trust her in whatever her plan is.. so don't worry, boy" Her father finally opened his mouth "she has her own ways"

"now, don't overthink. you're not safe out there. stay with us, alright ?" Her mother said and flashed an assuring, calm smile "we'll protect you and take care of you"

"okay.." Yunhyeong nodded as he looked down.

"you can stay in the guest room upstairs" Her father stood up and pointed the stairs "clean clothes are there"

"i'll take a look of your bruises after you clean up, alright ?" Her mother said and stood up too.

"okay, thank you so much for your hospitality" Yunhyeong bowed respectfully.

"no problem. now go clean up"

the next day, 16th March 2019. Soojin and the titans got a mission, in Japan. this time, another god. the hardest one, God of war, Ares.

they assembled in the living room with their villainy combat look. Stood behind Soojin and held Soojin's shoulder.

"where's Ares right now, Soojin ?" Gateun asked right before.

Soojin closed her eyes and used her eagle eye to find him. opened her eyes once she found her answer.

"Japan.." Soojin looked at Gateun "in the mountains. he knows we're coming"
