It was currently the night before Halloween and I was busy grading papers while Sirius watched. "Lily sent a letter," he said as he stalked around my office holding a letter.

I went home and sat on my couch Lily and James had died but Harry survived and Dumbledore didn't give me permission to watch over him instead he gave him to those horrid muggles and Sirius, well, he went to Azkaban for killing Peter. I spent that night crying my eyes out my life was over I resigned from teaching that night and lived alone.
