Character development is a great thing. Like, around this time last year, you stood on a stage at school and read out some of your personal poetry to the whole damm school and stuttered far too much but that's fine cause one: none of the friends you currently have now were there then, and/or two: no one remembers the damm thing. And that's the thing, you could stand in the middle of school and profess your love to someone right now in the most cringiest way ever and no one will give a shit in a year or two because no one is gonna remember such thing when something else cringy is going on, like some tik tok dance group or a bomb threat (seriously, this school is lit). So I think what I'm trying to get at is that in a year Jay, what you're feeling now isn't gonna matter cause you won't even remember why you felt the need to be so upset about it. What you need to do is turn around and think 'Worse things could've happened' and stop thinking about how you aren't enough for him and start thinking that maybe he just isn't good enough for you. Stop being so sad, cause it just isn't worth it, 🖤
