SEONGHWA;

"this is so fucked up," seonghwa sighed as he laid his head down on the steering wheel.

hongjoong snorted, "you're telling me."

the two men were in an old, beat-up honda to 'fit in' to their surroundings — i.e. college kids drowning in debt and driving cars you could find in your dead grandma's garage.

as of right now, him and hongjoong were parked across the science department of the university wooyoung was studying at. seonghwa didn't know his exact schedule, but he remembered his boyfriend briefly mentioning wooyoung had labs for some science class on thursdays.

they didn't even know if he was going to come out through the front of the building.

seonghwa took a sip of his coffee before handing it to hongjoong, who quickly took a sip himself, staring intensely at the science department's front doors.

the windows of the car were lightly tinted, enough to get by without looking too suspicious. the silence between the pair was tense and overwhelming as they stared down the doors.

when the two saw a few students, around five, exit campus, they held their breath. the last people to exit the building, however, were wooyoung and a friend of his. when seonghwa saw him, his eyes filled with guilt he couldn't bear, forcing him to look away.

hongjoong studied the two students for a moment. to say the rumors he had heard of this man were uninteresting was a lie. the dude with purple hair came face-to-face with a gangster and his first instinct was to help him. how odd.

the two students talked for a bit before on of them bolted in the opposite direction they came from. the gang members were assuming he was going to get something he had forgotten or he was running to the dorms.

wooyoung smiled as he walked off campus.

seonghwa huffed and he started slowly driving far behind him. the two males in the car were very familiar with the area wooyoung was walking towards; it was their own.

they stopped in a place they knew had no cameras and hongjoong was quick to get out. he looked at seonghwa, "i'll carry him here, you just knock him out. okay?"

the male nodded in response and hongjoong disappeared.

seonghwa exited the car shortly after his friend, making sure to not be too obvious about his stalking. he grabbed the chloroform rag as he left and began walking nimbly down a narrow sidewalk. seonghwa speeded his walking as he saw the boy round the corner.

he noticed hongjoong mouth their code-word and seonghwa hesitated for a split second. if he did this, there's no way yeosang would forgive him, he thought.

regardless of his guilt, he swiftly grabbed the victim while shoving the rag over his mouth and nose. he held tightly as wooyoung attampted to break free, but the gas was slowly making him weaker until he couldn't fight back and longer.

as wooyoung's conciousness slowly faded, seonghwa softly whispered "i'm sorry" into his ear.

hongjoong was quick to take wooyoung out of seonghwa's hands and carry him back to their car. since they were on their own territory, they weren't all too worried about getting seen by anyone.

seonghwa got into the driver's seat as hongjoong secured the body in the trunk. when hongjoong got in, he heard seonghwa talking to someone on his phone.

it didn't take a fool to know who seonghwa was talking to, because from the way his voice was shaking, it was definitely the same person they were discussing earlier.

hongjoong just hopes yeosang can understand.
