It's been only two days the woman has spent with the straw hats and they are already helplessly in love with her. Nami and Robin often have girl talks with her about handsome pirates in other crews and Sunshine answers always with "Ace is the best but since he is mine and I don't share...."
They also talk about other matters, shamelessly taking advantage of the older female to get to know more about sexual things and about femininity in a world of buff men smelling like rain, sea water, sake, blood and sweat.

Still Ruffy gets the most time with her, sometimes just piggyback riding her ,while she doesn't look fazed in the slightest.

But after the third day she decides to finally go back to her dad..

That's when a giant yellow submarine surfaces. A huge smile appears on her face and she claps her hands happily. "He really gives me a ride!", she smiles and hugs the straw hats goodbye, who watch a tall, well built man carrying a nodachi and wearing a giant fluffy hat step out. "Oi! Sunshine-ya! Are you there!?" "Haii Law-san!", she calls back, kissing Ruffys cheek and then jumps over onto the submarine. The straw hats watch curiously. "So you two finally married! Congrats Sunshine-ya." She smiles and hugs the man. "Thank you so much Law. You're such a great friend!" He chuckles. And both of the female straw hats note Nami shivering in delight and a smile growing on her face. "He is handsome, just like Sunshine said.", Robin whispers to her friend who nods, blushes and then bites her lip. "Byeee! Watch out for grandpas hat!", she yells and then follows the man into the submarine, both talking with each other and visibly enjoying the conversation. Soon the yellow submarine disappears underneath the water surface again and they all notice how dark their ship suddenly got. Sunshine always brightened up everything she touched. And suddenly none of that is left.

Meanwhile the woman is cuddling Bepo and smiling happily while relaxing close around Law, whom she'd trust with her life. She wouldn't admit this in front of Killer, Kid or Nami but he was her best friend after all. An intelligent slightly older man with a strong devils fruit and a calm and calculated personality. Kid and Killer are... Unpredictable and always ready to explode. A bit much sometimes but still she enjoyed both of their companies and Kids and Killers sadly very rare hugs. They are actually quite gentle, especially when with her. And Nami is.. A Cat. She sometimes really wants ones attention and then suddenly hates it.

Law looks at her and smiles slightly, getting a smile back. "How was the honeymoon?" "As insane as the days before.", Sunshine chuckles. He chuckles. "Should I do a medical check?" "Sure. Let's do it."

Sunshine isn't very sensitive when it comes to showing her body and skin so it isn't weird for her to walk in front of her best friend in underwear.
He measures her pulse, blood sugar, checks her organs functionality, her throat, ears, eyes, reflexes. She is perfectly healthy and after a long description of all the times she had sex surprisingly not pregnant.

She hugs him tightly as soon as she is dressed again. "Thank you for always looking after me. How do I deserve to be your friend?", she asks and is hugged back. "You deserve the world, Sunshine. You just don't know yet." Law pecks her head, then they look at each other and smile.
Most people would think they are a couple or at least related, but this was the power of their friendship and of Law thanking her for saving him and his crew when he alone couldn't and of her thanking him for always caring, just like her dad does, unlike the man conceiving her..

They reach the familiar ship three days later and Sunshine says her goodbye and thanks to all of the heart pirates, Law last. "I'll miss you. Stay safe!", she tells him. He smiles like he only does exclusively for her. Honest and gentle. "I will miss you too. We all will. Say hello to your father." "Will do. Oh and.. Law?" "Hm?" "Thank you for everything." "Anytime."

With that she jumps onto the deck and finds her dad completely wasted.

"My baby! You haven't left me! I was so sad that you won't be my little girl anymore and that he'll take you from me!" "Oh Dad.. I love Ace. But I love you too. I won't leave either of you and I will always be your little girl.", she says softly, the next second getting attacked by her dad and they both lay on the ground, hugging each other as tightly as possible.
