It was graduation day and I couldn't believe it as I stretched out in my bed. It's actually happening.

I let out a huff of air as I stood up from my bed and began to get ready. Mom was already downstairs crying because her babies where graduation. I was excited to graduate because Ellie would be happy but I was also excited because it is turning to summer.

Summer is my favorite time of the year and this year was going to be fun. I couldn't wait to spend time with Emma and enjoy each other after everything we have went through since Junior year. It's been a lot. I finished throwing my suit on and found Gray in the bathroom also putting his suit on, he was buttoning the last few buttons of his shirt. We both tucked our shirts into the dress pants and quickly fixed our hair, also spraying cologne on ourselves.

"E we're actually doing it," Grayson said with excitement.

"I know G," I replied. We rushed downstairs and mom forced us both into a group hug and she screamed.

"Yay! Boys you look so good! Your father would be proud," she said.

We made our way to where the ceremony was being held and after arriving our mom went to find a seat while we went to where all of the seniors where meeting. We had to get in a certain order by classes and that's how we would walk. I found Emma and James already in their gowns and they had turned out great. It brought a tear to my eye. Emma looked so beautiful, her makeup and hair had been done by James and she was wearing a black tight dress under her gown with black high heels.

Pulled her in and kissed her lips slowly, only to see Grayson do the same to James. I pecked her lips a few times and she smiled, rubbing my arms.

"You ready?" She held out my gown. I grabbed it and quickly put it on.

"Ready as I'll ever be," I replied. We all grabbed our caps as well and were instructed to get in the order we were told. There was people in between all of us but we were still close enough being in the same classes for the most part. We made our way in a line to the edge where backstage turned into main stage. The ceremony begun and the principal read off a speech and then played a PowerPoint of pictures from the senior class. We all watched and laughed, especially seeing some of Ellie flash up on the screen. She was actually the last picture and it stayed there as the principal paused before speaking again.

"Ladies and gentlemen, senior class, this is Ellie Thumann. She lost her life a few weeks ago and she was one of us, family. We are deeply saddened that she is no longer with us and that she isn't getting to graduate. So we've done a little something," we all looked at each other but Emma smiled, she had planned something.

She grabbed our hands and told us to walk together when the principal said.

"These students found it necessary to have her recognized, so without further ado let's begin."

We all glanced at each other.

"Emma Chamberlain, Grayson Dolan, Ethan Dolan, James Charles, please come forward," we all did as told and stopped in front of him.

He handed each of us our diplomas as everyone clapped and we held them out smiling, our gowns being shown to the crowd. Suddenly music started to play and we turned around and watched as the screen filled with pictures of us with Ellie. We where all crying by the end.

"Ellie Thumann," the principal said as he handed us a huge version of our diplomas. Her name was is big bold letters and the same picture that was on our gowns was on the front.

The crowd cheered and we where allowed to walk off stage and find seats in the student section for the rest of the ceremony.
