Love Is War (Sequel To Gone)

Chapter 4: Huge Bug

Night fell and Hiccup lays peacefully in his tent. But not peacefully. The things Astrid said about him two years ago.

Suddenly he hears a high pitched scream. He runs out of the tent and sees Snotlout jump out of his tent.

"Oh my god." Says Hiccup clearly annoyed. "What happened?"

"There is a huge bug in there."

"So, kill it."

"What if it has a family?"

"Maybe it's a really mean bug and you would be their hero if you kill it."

The trees behind them rustle.

"Wait, I heard something."

"It's probably the wind."

"What if it's a bear?"

"Ask him to step on the bug."

"I'm going to investigate."

"Have fun."

He walks over to the trees carefully and Hiccup goes back in the tent. Just as he does this, more screams come from outside. He jump back out and sees Snotlout, Ruffnut, and Astrid.

"It's not a bear." Says Snotlout.

"Yu think." Says Hiccup

"What are you guys talking about?" Says Ruffnut.

"What are you guys doing here?" Says Snolout in a horrible sassy voice.

"Don't change the subject."

"Guys!" Snaps Hiccup.

Everyone stops and stares at him.

"What are you guys doing here?" Asks Hiccup very annoyed with everyone.

"Oh right. Well, Fishlegs and Tuffnut took our tents because theirs fell and we where wondering if you could share your tents?"

Hiccup was going to speak but Snotlout spoke before Hiccup could.

"Yea sure. But what about that bug?"

"Just kill it." Says Hiccup.

"But..."

"Kill it."

"Fine." He walks into his tent and a second later comes screaming with a big bug on his face.

"Kill it! Kill it! Kill it!"

Hiccup takes the bug and throws it. "Not that hard."

"Okay. Now that the bug is gone, you guys want us to share our tents."

"Please?" Asks Astrid.

"Fine." Says Snotlout.

"Okay thanks."

"I call dibs on Ruffnut!" Blurts out Snotlout.

"Really?" I ask.

"Yea. Why? Is that a problem?" 

"No. Its not." But in Hiccup's head all he is thinking, 'What did I get myself into?'
