Just a reminder: Blair Darwin who's my OC, isn't named Blair Darwin in TriKru. Her grounder name is Nova. Mount Weather didn't know her name so they gave her Blair Darwin. In the prologue, she'll be mentioned as Nova.

3RD POV

Nova jumps down on the boggy ground which was always wet and soft. Nova sat with her best friend, Leksa, who sits down beside Nova. A number of kids were exited to learn how to defend themselves in tricky situations, where they sat in a semi-circle, surrounding the teacher.
"Why do we have to learn this?" One kid huffs, annoyed that at the age of four they have to learn how to fight instead of playing tag with each other.
"To be prepared. You know, practice makes perfect. We can play a little game after this because you won't be needing this until you're older." Their teacher explains to the ragged child.
Little did the children and teacher know that they'll be using what they've learnt sooner rather than later.
From afar, three mountain men watched the kids sitting and listening to their instructor. The men argue as they try to discuss which child they wanted to grab.
"Which kid should we nab?" One of the mountain men asks as he and two other guys share small black binoculars. They search for the right child they believe would be perfect to experiment with.
"Dude, grab any man. I just want to get back home so we can have pizza." The youngest of the men sighs and hands the binocular over to the lieutenant beside him on the right.
"Alright, we'll grab any— wait! That red kid." He stares at the girl with strawberry blonde hair, that went up to her shoulders. "Grab the girl with the red hair."
"Why her?" The two men ask.
"Just grab her!" The oldest groans annoyed that when they finally found someone to capture, they are complaining about it.
The mountain men throw their red smoke at the kids and run towards them.
"Maunon!" The teacher yells in trigedasleng when she notices the red smoke and 3 mountain men running to her and the kids. She shouts, "frag em op," before falling to the dirty ground. The men ignore the pleas and cries of the kids and grab the strawberry blonde young girl. Nova kicks and screams as they run away with her.
