You were asleep comfortably in Namjoon's arms. He was snoring slightly, but it didn't bother you. He had an exhausting day meeting with ambassadors from other countries. You couldn't go with him because of your own work. Marriage hadn't been too bad. Bedtime became the only time you saw each other because of your busy schedule, but this was more than you could ask for. Namjoon continues to treasure you and call you every now and then to make sure you were eating and that he loves you.

But the distance away from him most days did allow you to slack off when taking care of yourself. Seokjin would nag you to eat or to take a break, but you never like to leave things undone. You even fainted at one point, Hoseok freaked out but you told him to not tell anyone, especially Namjoon. He was on a business trip and you didn't want to add on to his stress.

The morning sun started to warm up your body as the rays burst through the opened windows. The birds were chirping, trees rustling in the summer breeze, and Hoseok and Yoongi were yelling at each other outside. You shot your eyes open, Namjoon already sitting up and concerned on his face.

"It's so early, Yoongi shouldn't be up yet." he said. Normally he would be joking, but like yourself, he sensed that something was wrong. You put on a long robe while Namjoon put on a hoodie to cover his tank top. The bedroom was behind the living room, which meant the voices were really loud. Namjoon slowly opened the door, you were hiding behind his shoulders.

Outside the quarter, Hoseok was leaning against the wall while Yoongi had his back to the door, puffing his chest in anger. Hoseok rolled his eyes and looked down to the ground. "Quit being so childish." he said.

Yoongi spun around, furious. "Are you fucken kidding me? How could you say that right now? You could have died, Hoseok."

"But I'm fine, aren't I?" Hoseok shrugged. Yoongi tensed his body, fists clenching. He walked towards the wall on the other side and slammed his fist into it. It began to bleed immediately. Hoseok gasped quietly. You rushed passed Namjoon to run to him.

"Oppa, what the hell are do you think you're doing?" you asked, taking his hand in yours to see. His knuckle was bruised and scraped. He looked away, and said nothing. You glanced back at Hoseok, Namjoon was already there, talking to him in a quiet voice. "C'mon, I'll take you to the clinic."

"I'll be fine. Go back to bed." he protested.
"Shut up, don't be a big baby." You dragged him by his good hand. There were no words exchanged between you and Namjoon, but you both knew what you had to do. That's the one thing you loved about your relationship, you both felt the urge to do something, and what one would want the other to do. Bonds didn't required words. Namjoon wrapped his arm around Hoseok's shoulder and took him inside for a cup of tea.

"So, care to explain what happened?" Namjoon asked, placing a cup of chamomile in front of Hoseok. He was hesitant to pick it up, but did nonetheless, it's impolite to reject the King.

"Sorry to wake you guys up. I didn't realize Yoongi would make such a big deal out of it." Hoseok replied, blowing on his tea. The steam rose to his nose, making it crinkle, but he was delighted at the aroma.

"What is it?" Namjoon asked again.

Hoseok sighed. "I was telling him about my night shift. I saw that a group of men had tried to sneak in, with weapons. I could have handled it so I went after them myself. And voila, it's all taken cared of, and none of the guards had to be bothered. When Yoongi heard this, I don't know why but he got so mad. He said I should have called for help or called him. I hate that he doubted my skills. I mean, this is my job, I've done this all my life. So I called him childish, and here we are now."

Namjoon nodded his head, then he sunk back into his chair, formulating the right words to say. "Hyung," he said. There were times where Hoseok forgot the boy in front of him is younger than him, even by just a few months. Namjoon needed to care for a nation at such a young age and he had grown so much since then. He continued, "I think you should apologize to Yoongi hyung."

"Pardon me, your Majesty. But what?" Hoseok asked, putting the tea cup down. "Why?"

"Think of it this way. When you were with the twins, you were living for them and yourself. Now that you're dating Yoongi, you're living for yourself, and for him. He must have been worried about your safety, because of anything had happened to you, he would have gone insane and blamed himself."

"But he should trust me." Hoseok defended.

"It's not that he doesn't trust you, he doesn't trust other people. You might be a great fighter, but you're still human. You'll bleed and you can die, you're not indestructible. And honestly, Y/N and myself would be devastated if something did happen to you, hyung, even if this is your job. Y/N was talking about giving you another position, she can't risk losing her closest friend." Namjoon added.

"I see your point." Hoseok said quietly.

"I'm sure you would be upset too if Yoongi did something that reckless. I mean, I would die if something happened to Y/N."

"Yeah, you really would. No wonder she didn't tell you how she fainted last week.." Hoseok chuckled, taking a sip of the tea. But when the man in front of him failed to replied, his eyes widened. "Oh, shit, I wasn't supposed to say that."

Namjoon began breathing heavily, his eyes narrowed on nothing in particular. "What did you just say, Hoseok?" he asked, the King was back.

"Um, n-nothing." But his efforts to hide it was in vain. Namjoon was already walking out the door and headed where his wife was.

The clinic was always opened because injuries don't have schedules. You watched as the doctor wiped Yoongi's wound and bandage his fist. He explained the situation while you two were walking. Once the doctor exited, the conversation continued.

"I can't believe he's not taking it seriously. And he dared called me childish." Yoongi grumbled.

"Oppa, I'm not siding with him at all. But you should give him the benefit of the doubt. He's so used to doing everything on his own and take care of his own needs. It might just take awhile for him to adjust to being in a relationship."

"We've been dating for half a year, how long does it take to adjust?"

"I don't think there's an expiration for self-dependency. And he also just didn't want to worry you. You had a rough day yesterday and he wanted you to rest."

"I don't care about rest when it comes to him. I would give up sleep if it meant keeping him safe."

"That's so sweet. Would you do that for me?" you asked, clutching your heart.

"Of course not, that's what Namjoon is there for. Partners are supposed to tell each other things and rely on each other. Just an advice."

"I feel like you know something."

"Like I said, partners tell each other everything. You should tell Namjoon, he deserves to know things, especially when it relates to your health."

"You're right, I'll tell him when we get back."

Yoongi looked out the window and grinned. "I don't think you'll have to wait that long." You questioned what he meant, but when you saw what he saw, you began to sweat. Your very angry husband was approaching.
