Note: If you're wondering why I don't do any angst it's because I'm bad at it

      Your Pov

     I was on my way to Pidge's room to go see what she was up too. We've been dating for about 2 months at this point yet we barely even act like it. Today i'm going to get her to cuddle with me if it's the last thing I do.

     Once I got to her room I watched as the door slowly opened to reveal a sleep deprived Pidge typing on her computer. She looked awful (no offense). It looked like she hadn't slept in days which to be honest she probably hadn't. My heart broke seeing her like this. I walked up to her and put my arms around her neck, while leaning down to rest my head on her shoulder. I nuzzled my face into the crook of her neck to hear her groan.

     "(Y/N) i'm busy right now I don't have to time for this." She snapped. It kind of hurt because she barely pays any attention to me, but I know that she is trying to find her father and brother.

    "Pidge you need to sleep you look awful." I replied sternly making sure that she would actually listen to me. I heard her groan again, and saw that she almost fell asleep just sitting there.

     "I can't. I don't have time to stop when i'm this close."

     "Pidge listen I know what's good for you, so come take a break with me. Let's take a nap.

     "Ugh fine..." She weakily tried to stand up from her desk chair, but almost fell over. I quickly caught her before she could fall and lifted her arm around my neck and put my hand on her waist to help support her weight. We slowly made it to her bed, and when we got there she collapsed onto it. I giggled a bit on how tired she looked because just a second ago she was acting like sleep wasn't even a possibility. I lowered myself onto the bed right next to her.

     I shifted so I was laying on my back and watched as she rolled on to me so her head was in the crook of my neck. I felt her grip tighten around my body, and it made my heart about burst out of my chest. This girl right here is the most amazing person in my life.

     "Pidge you mean the world to me and so I need you to take better care of yourself. I love you." That was the first time i've said 'I love you' to Pidge, and I could tell that it was a great timing. Even though she might not remember it in the morning because of how lethargic she is I still am glad I was able to get it off my chest.

     "Ya..ya...love *yawn* y-you too..." She replied tiredly. I chuckled at how sleepy she was. Apparently when she is sleep deprived she gets really cuddly. I kind of like her better this way. I watched as she slowly drifted into slumber. I felt her chest rise and fall slowly as her breath evened out. I reached my hand up to her hair, and started running my fingers through it. I could hear her sigh even though she was asleep. Pidge was a dork, but she was my dork. This is the first time we've really cuddled, and i'm glad that it was also the first time we've said 'I love you' to each other. This genius is going to be the death of me.

     'I love you Pidge...' was my last thought before I floated off into dream world.
