Your POV
I was heading to my boyfriend, Keith's apartment. He called me and told me that he had a surprise he wanted to show me. So now I'm walking the mile to his apartment. I'm confused on why he wanted to see me so much.
I was walking down the hall to his room when I heard him yelling at something. As soon as I knocked on the door he opened it and dragged me in the apartment and locked the door behind me. I looked towards him confused and he gestured to the floor. I looked down and saw a cute red kitten sitting in front of me. I gasped and dropped to the ground to let it.

"What's it's name?" I asked my boyfriend in awe.
"I don't know yet I was thinking Red, but I'm not sure." He stated.

I stood back up and walked to Keith. I wrapped my arms around his neck and rest my hand on hi shoulder. He rested his hands on my hips and smiled down at me.

"Red is a lovely name." I told him. He chuckled which made his chest vibrate.
"Want to watch a movie?" He questioned me sweetly. I nodded into his shoulder and he pulled away. He took my hand and let me to the couch. I layed down on my back across the couch as he put a movie in. Red numbed up and laid in between my legs. ( if you have a dog or cat you would understand this😂) Once Keith finishes putting the movie in he came and laid on top of me. He rested his head in the crook of my neck. I brought my hand up and stroked it through his hair, and eventually he fell asleep. Once the movie ended I decided to go to bed too since I didn't have school tomorrow. When I was about to sleep I heard Keith whisper in his dreams.

"...I love you (Y/N)..." I smiled at him and tightened my hug around him.

I heard red purring in the background. I'm glad I get this life with a wonderful boyfriend and now our new child/cat. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

"I love you too Keith."
