[ so i just recently found these very helpful apps from a tumblr acquaintance of mine called calmharm and clearfear, which are used to help with self-harm and anxiety, respectively. please let me know if i should do a full review of the apps? i'll try using them for a week and then put something up.

remember to get some sleep, stay hydrated, and eat something!
