Forever Begins

Chapter 9: Unexpected Acquaintance

            Next day, the trio woke up and noticed Gabriel wasn't around. They remembered him sayig he would follow them soon but he hasn't. Anyway they were certain nothing terrible happened to him so they prepared for the day. Jacob was planning to steal Clarisse from the company so he could spend time with her alone. While Gareth was looking forward to meeting the one Gabriel mentioned. He hoped that the person would be a woman.

        

         Ana and Gabriel felt the sun on their skin waking them up, so they got up and returned to the village. They were now deeply in love with each other like never before. As they entered the village and went to the inn they saw the trio already awake and prepared. Immediately Gareth noticed the woman Gabriel's with. She was the most beautiful woman he has ever seen so he asked Gareth who the woman is.

"Gabriel might I ask who this wonderful woman is?"

Gabriel replied, "She is Ana my the love of my life whom God destined me to be with."

"You are a very blessed man take care and be loyal to her okay?", Gareth nodded back seriously.

Gabriel gladly said, "I will alright, we made promises to each that we will be forever together."

            Gareth was proud of his friend for finding such a wonderful woman he wished him all the best like a friend should do. Jacob also was astonished and in awe when he the woman it was like painting of perfection. Sudddenly Gareth asked Gabriel who was it he wanted him to meet.

"I almost forgot come with and I will bring you to her"

"Her? You mean she's a woman?", Gareth asked.

Gabriel laughed then said, "Of course she's a woman idiot!"

         Gareth was glad of what Gabriel had said and planned he was so thankful of his friend for being mindful of him to point of even finding a woman for her. Gareth felt his heart beat fast and great joy overcame him and never from years that had passed he smiled.

        As they walked through the village they arrived at the house of the woman even Gabriel was nervous and excited he just wished that Jane would like Gareth also. After all Jane too was very choosy for a man this made Gabriel wonder if this would ever work. He asked Ana to be the one to make Jane close to Gareth while he will do the same with Gareth.

      The two agreed with the plan after all they couldn't resist each other they were a couple the world just didn't know. Ana knocked on the door accompanied by Gareth and Gabriel they were anxious of how Jane would react. Suddenly a sound of a door opening lit a fire of excitement in Gareth he was looking forward to seeing this woman.

      Jane went out of the door and greeted them she noticed an unfamiliar face she marvelled at the sight of this man she didn't know his name but she knew he was a friend of Gabriel. Jane led them into the house prepared some tea then sat with them asking why they have come.

Jane asked wondering anxiously, "What brings you here Ana and Gabe?"

Ana replied, "Gabriel's friends has returned this man here is Gareth"

Jane finally knew the name of the man, "Oh its nice meet you!"

Gareth replied gently and nicely for the first time saying, "It is also nice to meet you."

      Gabriel was surprised of how Gareth nicely responded to Jane. Because he was always rude and snobbish which most girls hate him for. So Gabriel and Ana were glad of the two for they got acquainted with each immediately. Jane was the complete opposite of Gareth she was gentle,nice,calm,naughty. While Gareth was rude,snobbish and very acrimonious to anyone else except to his friends. Gareth was pleased with Jane he somehow changed his attitude towards people. Jane grew fond him she didn't know that Ana and Gabriel were being quiet while she and Gareth have been talking all day. They were like people who knew each other a long time ago.

Gareth again said, "It was very nice knowing you, I kinda like you"

Jane nicely said, " I like you too."

"This certainly was an unexpected acquaintance ", he replied.

Jane replied, "You are absolutely right I guess God brought you and I to meet."

        Nightfall came so the trio left the house of Jane, Gareth was very happy that day he has never met a girl who talked to him despite his attitude towards people. Gabriel came upon his back andx said,

"So how did it go?"

"It was the best moment ever thank you", Gareth replied gladly.

       Gabriel felt very happy for his friend after all this years he might finally fall in love. So they kept walking and walking and Gabriel brought Ana home for her father might be worried about her. She said goodbye to Gabriel and gave him a kiss upon his cheek. The two went back to the inn as they entered the inn two people were missing. Jacob and Clarisse were not there yet so Gabriel was worried where could have they gone. Gareth also was puzzled knowing Jacob the most careful and brilliant among them is not yet back. The two waited until they can come back they wondered and hope Jacob and Clarisse are okay.
