Nothing to You

Jongin is walking to the school, he doesn’t know why he feels good but he wishes that Kyungsoo is absent today so that he’ll be free today. But then he is suddenly dragged by someone he somehow knows. He can recognize who is this Senior and it is Lay.

Lay drags him to the rooftop and Jongin doesn’t know why. “Lay what the hell are you doing?” he asks Lay when he is hiding on a wall and seems like he’s investigating someone. Lay puts a hand to his lips to tell Jongin to shut up. Then Jongin sneaks through the wall and sees a group of guys bullying some student who Jongin thinks is Lay’s friend because Lay is so worried about it.

So Jongin goes out from where they are hiding. Lay wants to drag Jongin back but it is too late, the group of guys have seen them. Jongin puts his hands on his pockets and it seems like he has confidence to fight with these guys, “Stop that.” Then Jongin puts up a boring face and puts his pinky finger to his ear. “You’re disturbing me in my sleep.” Jongin yawns.

Then one of them speaks up, “Who are you that you have the right to tell us that?!!” he says, annoyed and surprised at how brave this Jongin is.

“Then who are you that you have the right to bully that guy?” Jongin refers to the one they’re holding by the collar. He is struggling and is surprised when he sees Lay on the side. Then the one who is holding the guy throws him to where Lay is and cracks his knuckles to let Jongin know that they’re ready to fight. Well, Jongin is always ready.

In just five minutes, Jongin has knocked the three guys out. He just looks at Lay and his friend and they understand. They all get out of the building and when Jongin is walking to his room, the guy he helped holds his hand which stops him. He suddenly blinks at that action, he suddenly feels that Kyungsoo is here. But no…

He turns around and the guy bows his head repeatedly to thank him, “Thank you very much for saving me from those bullies. But… I’m afraid Jongin-ssi that they might run after you. I’m sorry. I’m Xiumin by the way.” The guy introduces and Lay gives thanks to Jongin too. Well, Lay knows that Jongin doesn’t want anyone to be beaten up helplessly, just like what happened to Kyungsoo.

“I can handle myself.” Jongin says and goes to where his room is. But when he is walking in the hallway, he can hear the gossips of the students around. They talk about him being the boyfriend of the fake Do Kyungsoo. Jongin looks at them and raises an eyebrow to them. Then the girl tells Jongin, “Maybe he’s a fake too. You are fake!” the girl hisses behind Jongin.

Hearing the word fake, Jongin can’t help himself but to blame Kyungsoo. Kyungsoo is really faking his smiles to everyone else sometimes. But it’s because Kyungsoo knows that they are faking their attitude towards him too and Kyungsoo doesn’t like it a bit.

Kyungsoo is a smiley, fuck it. Jongin can’t help but to have them realize. He takes the girl’s mirror and faces it to her, “Now, tell that to the person in front of you.”

The girl is startled at the rude action of the man, he shouts at Jongin which catches everyone’s attention, “You are fake!!” she tells.

Then Jongin shakes the mirror so she would notice that she’s telling it to herself. But the girl smirks and has something to say, “You told me that to tell that to the person in front of me. This mirror is nothing but fake, and you are the person in front of me!!” she says like she is winning a game.
