The apps I have used are superimpose, photoshop express, PicsArt, and phonto.
You'll have to pay for superimpose. I've been working like a pro with that app! Along with PicsArt and Photoshop Express.
But this is also a recolored photo. The original one is black and white. I just watched a tutorial and decided to give it a try afterwards. I'm pretty impressed with what I did.
