˻✧valentine's day✧˼

as i rolled over to my side i looked at grayson as he began to awaken."good morning beautiful" he smiles planting a small kiss onto my plump lips."good morning hottie" i smirk kissing him once more. "how did you sleep?" he ask turning to face me. "good, you?" i ask "wonderful."

we both get up from bed and head to the shower. i hold my arms up as he slips my nightgown off. as he's doing so he keeps constant eye contact. never taking his eyes off mine. he throws my nightgown onto the floor while slipping his own shirt & boxers off. the tension in the air was growing thick as we both stood there waiting for the next move.

eventually he made to the first move which was stepping straight into the shower. i followed right behind him opening the glass door. as i begin to turn around i feel his strong muscular hands grab me by my waist. his rest his chin onto my neck fitting nearly perfectly. he lightly kisses the curve of my lips causing me to smile a bit. "i love you" i speak to which he kisses my neck this time. "i love you more"

as we swam around in his pool i couldn't stop thinking about how we said our first "i love you" earlier. i was scared out of my mind to admit my feelings but something deep inside me was telling me the feeling was right. as i propped my arms onto the edge of the pool i looked out into the distance. many thoughts filling my mind.

i guess grant noticed me distancing myself since i felt a pair of arms wrap around my own. "what's on your mind baby doll?" he ask to which i just sigh. "i'm not to sure to be honest with you."
he turns me around and grabs my legs so i was now straddling his torso. "you can always talk to me, i just need you to know that." he speaks in a calming tone reassuring me. i smile lightly then lean in for a kiss. he leans forward closing the gap between us.

the kiss was nothing less than perfect. his plump lips lingering on mine as my small dainty hands made their way into his wet hair which curled up. as we pulled back i saw the smile he formed onto his face which made me smile wider than i already was. "let's go inside, i have a surprise for you" he speaks to which we both get out of the pool and head inside.

as we head into his room i see a bag on his bed along with some roses. "babe i thought we said we weren't getting each other anything" i pout speaking on how we agreed not to get each other anything for valentine's day. "i know i know but i just couldn't help myself" he smiled to which i kinda frowned. "i know but now i feel bad babe" he holds his hand out to which i grab and he pulls me in tight. "don't feel bad babe, trust me i don't want anything." he gives me a reassuring smile to which i lightly kiss him for it. "now go open your present" he smiles to which i walk over to the bed. i lay my towel onto the bed then sit down.

i take out the tissue paper to reveal a grey box along with a silver box. i take out the silver box first and slowly open it. it opens up revealing a small jewelry box with a tiny dancer in it. it was beautiful. he remembered. "babe you went out of your way to get this for me?" i asked to which he just smiled. i opened the grey box revealing a ruby heart shaped necklace. "babe-" i begin to speak but he interrupts. "i know how much you said you loved it when we saw it so i had to get it, for you." i could feel my eyes start to water up so i instantly pull him into a tight hug. "thank you so much" i speak to which he says "of course, happy valentine's day."

"happy valentine's day." i smile to which he kisses me slowly and softly not rushing the moment.
"i love you" he spoke softly
"i love you too"
