They Don't Know About Us

Ronnie had told Roman a few days ago that she was performing today in the auditorium and hopefully he'd be there but he hadn't said anything, she could only hope now, cuz the song she was going to sing, was for him.

Her class was gonna be there, so basically two of her main support systems would be there, Dean and Seth. She had been so focused with Roman lately that she hadn't been spending alot of time with the two of them

"Hey babe," she heard and turned from where she was setting up her mic and she smiled at Dean

"You nervous?" He asked as he propped on the wall next to her and folded his arms

"A bit, but also not really, I've been singing since I was 10," she told Dean like if he hadn't gone to every show she had.

"Watch the attitude missy, but you'll do great I know it," he said and she smiled at her best friend's supportive nature

"Thanks Deano," she said, and hugged him tight, he kissed her hair went to find his seat

"Good morning everyone, today we will have a performance by our very own Veronica Latimer, welcome her to the stage," and everyone clapped as the curtains raised, Ronnie was in a pale pink top.and blue jeans, her hair was in a bun and she looked adorable

She glanced around the room and she grinned widely when she saw the pair of familiar pair of eyes looking at her from a discreet corner of the auditorium

She watched Roman bite his lip and walk out of the auditorium, she frowned and thanked everyone before Mr. Jericho took the mic to talk about the announcements, when he did, she took the oppurtunity to go after Roman

She checked in his classroom, office and the cafeteria and he was no where to be found, was about ready to give up when she heard a ball bouncing against the gym floor and when she looked in, she saw the object of her affection there with his shirt sleeves rolled up till his elbows, shooting hoops, she smiled and went to snatch the ball from him and make a basket

"Should've been a gym teacher huh?" She asked, catching the ball when it fell back out of the hoop

"Kinda like my literature class actually," Roman replied

"Can we talk about what happened in the auditorium?" She asked

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't try to make you come clean about us, you defintely have more to lose than me right now, I just want the world to know about us," he revealed and she wrapped her arms around his neck while his wrapped around her waist

"And in time they will, I just don't wanna lose you," she admitted and he sighed, getting where she was coming from

"I know, I don't wanna lose you either, I love you," he said and she smiled and pecked his lips

"I love you to," she replied and they kissed right there in the gym, with everyone in the auditorium
