Did I Just Hear You Right?

Seth was on Ronnie's bed, chewing on his bottom lip, how was he supposed to tell her? She'd hate him. She'd be disgusted by him.

Ronnie came back upstairs with a pan of pringles and a bowl of popcorn, with two bottles of coke and sat them on the bed and jumped next to him

She smiled at him and he returned a nervous one

"Is everything okay Seth?" She asked, tilting her head

"No. I mean yes! I mean why wouldn't things be alright? What? That's ridiculous, I'm not hiding anything from you Ronnie," he stammered and rushed all at once and Ronnie blinked and took off the TV and faced Seth

"Okay, Seth Rollins, you tell me everything right now or so help me I will rip out that blonde patch," she threatened and Seth looked at her with a solemn expression

"Ronnie, you know I love you right?" Seth asked looking into her eyes and she nodded

"I love you to," she replied

"I've been hiding something from you for 8 years," he told her and she furrowed her eyebrows and tilted her head

"What is it Seth? You know you can tell me anything." Seth took a deep breath and found honesty in her eyes and decided to just say it 

"I'm gay." He said and she froze

"And I'm in love with Dean," he continued and Ronnie blinked and then shook her head

"I'm sorry." She said

"Did I just hear you right?" She asked

"You just said you're gay, and you're in love with Dean, as in Dean Ambrose?" She asked and he nodded, lip caught between his teeth

"Seth, I love you and I always will, you're my little brother, no matter what, I'm always gonna accept you," she confirmed, wrapping her arms around him

The fact that Ronnie wasn't disgusted or that she didn't hate him and that she FULLY accepted and still loved him made tears well up in his eyes, what did he do to deserve her?

"None of that," she said, gently wiping under his eyes and she hugged him again. She would need to talk to Dean but hey, it could work

The next day rolled around and Dean had texted her to tell her he was a little sick so he wouldn't be in school and she promised to drop by later on in the day with pizza and movies

She was now walking the halls with Mr. Orton who was the school's guidance counsellor and a close family friend since her dad and his dad were partners in the biggest law firm, Randy's wife and daughter also became nothing short of family to them

"How's Al?" She asked, watching as Randy fumbled with his shirt sleeves

"She's great, she misses you alot." He said and she smiled

"Tell her I miss her to, after midterms are through I'll try to come over," she said and Randy nodded with a smile

"I gotta get into my office, ever got a problem, my door's open." He said and she nodded with a smile

She made it past the broom closet and suddenly she was pulled into it and pressed against the door, her hands held above her head

"I can't resist you," she heard near her ear and she bit her lip

"I've been trying to tell myself how wrong this is. I've been trying to keep my distance but I see you and Randy and I just wanna mark you so the world will know," he continued

She slowly lowered her hands and wrapped them around the neck of the person in front of her

"Then do it Mr. Reigns," she permitted

God knows how many nights she had tried to tell herself it was wrong what they were beginning, but she couldn't deny how much she wanted him anymore

That long black hair, tanned smooth skin, smoldering grey eyes, she wanted him badly

He pressed his lips against hers and she immediately pushed her tongue inside his mouth, loving the strangled sound that ripped from his lips, she got sweet sounding breath intakes as she went further down and started sucking on the exposed skin right above his collar

When they heard the bell ring, they immediately separated and she let Roman go out first and then after a few minutes, she followed

He had already started class when she walked in and he called her up to read Juliet's lines again but this time, she read with vigour

"Then, window, let day in, and let life out. Farewell, farewell! One kiss, and I'll descend." Roman read

"Art thou gone so? Love, lord, ay, husband, friend! I must hear from thee every day in the hour, for in a minute there are many days: Oh, by this count I shall be much in years
Ere I again behold my Romeo!" She read, smirking at him and he stumbled before finding his place

"Farewell! I will omit no opportunity that may convey my greetings, love, to thee." He said, finding her eyes

"Oh think'st thou we shall ever meet again?" She asked, putting emotion in her voice

"I doubt it not; and all these woes shall serve, for sweet discourses in our time to come." Roman said and Ronnie stared at the hickey she left on him

"Oh God, I have an ill-divining soul, methinks I see thee, now thou art below, as one dead in the bottom of a tomb: either my eyesight fails, or thou look'st pale." She dramatized

"And trust me, love, in my eye so do you: dry sorrow drinks our blood. Adieu, adieu!" He said

"Oh fortune, fortune! all men call thee fickle: if thou art fickle, what dost thou with him. That is renown'd for faith? Be fickle, fortune; for then, I hope, thou wilt not keep him long, but send him back." She said, pouring more emotion as she spoke

Roman got lost in her eyes for a few seconds and then he looked away when his class began clapping

"Hey Ronnie," Seth greeted her at her locker and she gave him a smile in return

"Heard what happened in English class, saw Mr. Reigns after, are you responsible for that love bite on his neck?" He asked

"Your guess is as good as mine," she replied with a sly smile and Seth chuckled

"Let's have lunch together, and we'll talk about your budding romance," he said and you could practically hear his teasing tone, she ruffled his hair and shook her head as she messed up his already messy bun and he whined as they began walking together to the cafeteria
