Eva tossed and turned on the old lumpy mattress. She couldn't sleep, her mind wondering to Five and his stupid shorts. Five had made the independant loner want a friend. She thought back to how the siblings interacted with each other, cared for each other. Eva wanted that, but did she deserve it? That question always seems to creep up from the depths of her mind.

Her thoughts become toxic and the desire for friends subsided. Escaping her mind.

She didn't need anyone. Hell, she raised herself and kept herself alive. No one helped her, she doesn't need them. She was perfectly fine in her abandoned apartment, picking pockets until she's old enough to get a good paying job.

Her mind settles and eventually allows her to fall into a deep sleep, washing all the pain and stress off her face.

While Eva was sleeping alone. Five was drawing on his walls, filling gaps with small equations. Building his knowledge. A small knock interrupts him as his 'mother' enters the room with a gentle smile. "Time for sleep, you need to save your energy" She stroked his soft hair in a caring manner. "I'll sleep in a bit, I just need to finish this" Five sighed as his 'mother' kissed his forehead and said goodnight. His mind went to the girl he met earlier, was she all alone? He had tried to remember what she looked like, but all he could remember was her soft eyes. His lips pulled up into a small smile as he hears her making fun of his shorts. Shaking his head he quickly finished what he was writing before collapsing onto his soft bed and blacking out.

The sun soon rises again, waking up Eva as she couldn't escape it's arrival. 'Maybe I should steal some curtains' The thought crossed her mind, at this point she would do anything to keep the sun out.

Reluctantly, she stood up and stretched out her limbs. Throwing her old clothes into the far corner of her room she switched to fresh clean clothes. Heading towards her table she takes enough money to buy some breakfast before heading out.

She climbes out her window and walks through the alleys. Soon reaching a small corner cafe, she walks in and orders black coffee before standing near the counter waiting for it. Sudden gasps errupt in the cafe as everyone rushes to the windows as they see police cars surrounding the bank down the road. 'Curiosity kills your bank balance' she thought with a grin as she saw someone left their wallet alone on a table close to her.

Picking up the cup filled with hot coffee she casually made her way to the table, walking by it she looks around before swiping the wallet. She headed for the door. "Hey that's my wallet!" She heard someone yell from behind her, her heart started to race as she dumped the untouched coffee on the floor. Taking off towards the nosy crowd surrounding the bank, hoping to lose whoever was chasing her.

"THIEF!" The voice alerted people around, drawing the attention away from Sir Reginald Hargreeves's speach about his accomplishments with the children.

Shoving people out of her way, Eva took off. Trying to outrun the man and get prying eyes off of her. Opening the wallet as she ran she took whatever money was in it and chucked it to the side.

As Sir Reginald Hargreeves let out an annoyed sigh, the kids watched the girl run away from the angry man chasing her. "Should we go after her?" Luther asks their 'father'. He tutted and shook his head "Don't waste your time with petty crimes Number One. We're trying to save the world not play cat and mouse."

Five kept his eyes trained on the girl he had met yesterday, watching as she dumped the wallet. This didn't make the man stop chasing her, he was slowly catching up to her. "Yeah... well the world's fine for now" Five muttered before going after her. Hearing concerned voices of his siblings behind.

"Hey, you little shit" The man growled, grabbing Eva's small arm to bring them to a stop. She shook her arm trying to get him off "Let me go!" She voiced. Trying desperatly to get away, he started to drag her back to where the police cars surrounded the bank. Eva dug her heels into the concrete trying to slow him down to escape. Her efforts had not effect.

The man stopped as small Five appeared infront of them. The man seemed to be startled by his sudden presence. "Mind letting her go?" He challenged in a cocky manner, hands stuffed in his pockets per usual.

Eva knew who it was even with the mask on. Meeting him once was enough for her to figure him out, well his facade anyway.

"Hell no, this little shit took my wallet" Straightening out his blazer, Five reached a hand into his inside blazer pocket. He removed the wallet that Eva chucked earlier. "You mean this one?" He opened the wallet "Mr... Sanders? Weird name." Eva snorted, a smile grew on her lips before speaking "You're one to talk"

The man let go of her arm to grab the wallet from Five. A big mistake. Eva made a run for it, knowing that Five would follow her.

Arms wrapped around her waist tightly and she was suddenly outside her place. Eva was overwhelmed by dizziness, as soon as the arms let her go she tripped over her own feet. This earned a laugh from Five as he watched her fall over, not moving to help.

"Well. That was fun" Eva crawled into a ball on the floor "For you maybe. I lost out on my morning caffeine, and now I feel sick from your weird teleporty thin-"
"spatial jump"
"your weird spatial jump because that dumbass left his wallet." She gasped as she finished her small rant. Five kicked the floor as he waited for her to settle down "Well my morning was great. I smacked some guy with a stapler, stopped a bank robbery and helped my favourite mystery girl. Who's name I haven't catched yet" His eyebrows raised slightly waiting for her to respond.

The girl sat up and rubbed her head "Eva."
