Eva had fallen asleep in Five's grasp, meaning Five had to carefully untangle himself to escape.
With Dolores in hand he took one look back at his girl and smiled to himself. The world is safe, he doesn't have to worry about it anymore and can instead spend some time with Eva. Have the childhood that they both missed out on. He closed the door behind him before letting out a small sigh, it was time to let Dolores go.

Eva jolted awake as the building began to shake causing glass to be shattered along with all the other delicate things that were being flung around. She quickly jumped off of the bed and reached under it, pulling out her sheathed katana. Flinging the door open she could hear that the Hargreeves were just as confused.
"Yo, what the hell is going on?" Diego called out from one side of the hallway, Eva exited the room and slammed it shut behind her. "God knows!" Eva answered, looking around frantically. Klaus appeared from his room "Are those explosions from-"
"Vanya." Pogo cut him off, causing Eva to look at the siblings with a confused face. "But I thought you guys said that Vanya was normal?" Eva voiced her questions, only for them to be ignored as Pogo kept talking "We need to get to safety outside the academy." The explosions gradually became more violent. Fear was spread across all of their faces, even Diego's.
Klaus took Eva's elbow in his hand before jogging away with Diego "Don't forget Mom!" Luther called out to the three as they headed for safety.
All three ran up the stairs, Diego leading infront. "Mom!" He called as he reached her usual spot. All three were dodging the falling debris, trying not to get hit. "Where the hell is she?" Eva was too distracted by trying to find Mother Hargreeves that she completely forgot about the power that flowed in her veins. Everything was happening too quickly.
