Samantha's P.O.V
I stare at her all class period. I know I sound creepy but, it's for good reason. When I stared at her, I felt my inner goddess, and I only feel her when there is A) another goddess around or b) My other half around. It hasn't happened in many years but it happened.
When I was 7 I learned that I have powers so to speak. I could Chanel the waves of the ocean and water in genera. I was so fascinated by the water following my hands without me even touching it. I remember it like it was yesterday.
*Flashback*
"Memaw, Why does water always move with me when I'M walking? " my 7 year old Self asked.
My memaw was like my mom. She was always there to depend on, plus she head the bluest hair I have ever seen. her eyes sparkling like aquamarine.
"Bug, you have a special gift. You are not like the other kids, you're unique" she said looking down at me . We were swimming in the lake of Wargua. My family have always taken a drop down to Wargua during the summer. It's to get in touch with our, " inner ocean"
"How am i different memaw? " I asked moving my hand over the water, watching it follow my hand.
"You are a Water goddess. You are the only one of our kind. Water warriors have the ability to move and control water. See, I can't do that because I'M not a Water goddess. I'M a Ocean wave. I control the air in the water. If that makes any sense to you. You are unique" she said again watching as I ball my fist up above the water making a ball of water start floating 1inch under my hand. I stand, fascinated as I move my hand, the water moves with it.
"Can you teach me memaw? " I asked, looking at her with pleading eyes.
"I'll teach you all you need to know. " she said, walking slowly deeper in to the water with me following behind.
*End of flashback *
After that, my grand ma taught e all that she could considering her old age. She died on my 13 th birthday. I was so devastated that when I started to cry, the ocean wave started to roll harder and faster onto the beaches. I even took a man into the water by the waves making him tumble and fall. I got control over myself before he could actually get hurt, but it was a scary thought.
Just then I heard the bell ring and everybody was making their way out. I quickly stand and grab my bag. I look up for Dakota, seeing she was just about to reach the door.
"Dakota, stop and wait for me." I said. I instantly saw her freeze. I slowly make my way to her and I can feel the tremors running off her body. As soon as im next to her, I grab her arm and drag her to my secret leave. I needed to find out about this girl.

Dakota's P.O.V.
I get dragged to some tree house behind the school. She sat me down on a beanbag chair and sat opposite of me.
"So, Dakota, how's life?" she asks me.
"Fine, you?" I say trying to say the least about myself.
I look at her and see she's struggling to say something. I give her time to figure out whatever she needs to say.
"Fine kinda, I've been working on levitating over water. Still not successful just yet."
I look at her and burst out laughing. She can't be serious, who can levitate over water?
"What's so funny?" she asks. I look at her and see she is serious about what she just said.
"I hope you don't actually believe you can levitate over water... " I said hesitantly.
"Why do you say that?" she asks tilting her head to the aide, as if trying to read me.
"People can't levitate over water. That's just like saying, I can fly" I said.
"But, there are people who can fly." she said smirking.
"No there's not." I said
"Yes there is." she said
"No"
"Yes"
"No"
"Yes"
"How can you say Yes?" I asked.
"How can you say No?" she said stifling a laugh.
"It's not humanly possible, That's Why!!!"
"Sure,... Thats like saying g, i can't control water. " she said, laughing hysterically
"You can't! " I say getting agitated with those stupid student.
"You wanna bet?" she asks, not laughing anymore, looking me dead in the eye.
"Of course, I know I'M gonna win" I say confidently.
"If I win, you have to..... hmm, spend a week with me." she says.
"I have a concert tomorrow with my beat friend so, that can't happen
" I said.
"What concert is that?" she asked quizzically.
"5SOS" I say.
"Oh Yeah, Well, if you're so Confident then you should have No problem now would you?" she asked , giving me a shit eating grin.
" I guess you're right. So, if I win, ... you have to,.... buy me tickets to their next concert here." I said "Deal?" I asked holding out my hand.
"Deal, " she said, taking my hand and shaking it.
I feel like I just made a deal with the devil but, I can't back down now.
