Arizona was sat by Paige's torso, staring at the baby's heart monitor as Amelia was patching her brain bleed.

The baby's heart rate spiked "We have to get her to ICU or this baby is coming now."

"We can't. The mom will die." Amelia replied. She glanced at Arizona. "Is there anything you can do?"

"No. I would be doing that already." She took a deep breath "I'm doing everything I can." She didn't break her eyes away from the monitor.

Fifteen minutes later the baby was in too much distress to stay in the womb. "Prep for C-section. Page Doctor Karev, I'm going to need him." She instructed the nurse as she walked into the scrub room.

Alex walked in "A premie C-Section?" He asked, immediately scrubbing in.

"Yeah." She shook her hands and walked into the OR. The nurse patted her hands dry and put her gloves on. She then walked to the side of operation table. Alex followed quickly.

"Ten blade." She held her hand out. She gripped the scalpel as she made the incision. A couple seconds later they took the baby out. She didn't cry, but she was beautiful, even though all newborns look the same. There was something different about this one.

Arizona cut the cord and handed her to Alex. She started closing Paige up and Alex took the baby to the set up they had. He used a suction in her nose and mouth "Come on, sweetheart." He used two fingers to press on her chest.

She cried. It was loud, however it was weak.

Jo's eyes filled with tears. After having Hazel, every baby she saw made her emotional and miss hers. Especially sick babies.

"Do you need to step out, Wilson?" Amelia asked, hearing her sniffling.

She shook her head "I'm fine." She moved her eyes back to the woman's brain.

They all finished in surgery and Alex took the baby to get tests done. Her lungs weren't completely developed, so they gave her a drug that would help then put her in the NICU. Jo walked to the woman's ICU room. She stood outside the glass sliding door and watched Paiges breathing machine move. She heard someone walk up to her "No." Alex said.

She turned around "No?"

"No, i'm not still in love with her. You and Hazel are my world. There's no room for anyone else. It's you. It's always going to be you."
