As I woke up slowly from my slumber, I felt light taps on my cheek and a mellow voice whispering my name in my ear.

I opened my eyes to see Jimin's head over mine. His smiling face curled one on my face too.

"Hey. Sorry to wake you up, but you have to see this, love." He whispered, gently picking me up to sit on the bed.

"Well you've sat me down, might as well just carry me to where you want to." I spoke, tiredly rubbing my eyes. Sleep still evident in my talk.

I heard him chuckle before I felt strong arms wrapping around my waist and under my leg. He picked me up as if I was feather light, bringing me out to the balcony of our room.

Good thing that I had carried my blanket with, as the cold wind felt revolting to my skin. I snuggled deeper into his arms and the blanket when I felt him putting me down.

"Oh, you don't want to sit down?"

I shook my head like a child, earning a hearty laugh from the male before he sat down on the chair. Placing me to sit in his lap.

"Open your eyes, sweetheart." He held my jaw, tilting it upwards. I did as he said, only to gasp in awe.

Stars. So many of them.

It was almost as if the galaxy of stars had finally decided to come a little closer to the two of us, who desperately wanted to take a piece of it.

My eyes suddenly caught Jimin's as he continued to stare at me.

"What? You don't want to see the stars?" I asked.

"Nope. Cause I have one right in front of me." He snuggled his head into the crook of my neck, tightening his grip around my waist.

I just chuckled at his cheesiness, hiding my blushing cheeks in my hair.

"Do you remember how we used to go on the roof? How you called it your stargazing spot?" He reminisced how us two, university sweethearts, would come meet each other in the past.

"Our." I interrupted. "That was our stargazing spot." I smiled when I saw his eyes twinkling under the moonlight.

We sat there in silence. Just feeling the touch of each other, under the bright spotlight of shining stars, feeling like kids once again.

"I love you." I spoke, turning around to look at Jimin.

"I know." He joked, resulting in me making a dramatic face.

"Did you just han solo-ed me?" I scoffed as he came closer to hug me while laughing brightly.

"Oh babe, you know I love you too." He smiled before coming closer to pecking my lips.

I smiled once we separated, coming closer just to kiss him once again.

The kiss slowly began to turn passionate. His hands travelling under my tank top, while mine tugging at his hair.

I felt him moan against my lips, causing me to pull him more closer - if that was even possible.

Just when his lips had begun travelling down my jaw, we heard a loud wail.

"Oh no, Julie's awake!" I hurriedly got off of Jimin's lap, completely forgetting about what was happening just now, as I ran to the crib of our three month old daughter.

Slowly carrying her and walking around the room, I patted her back to shush her. Humming a lullaby while doing so.

"Aw come on! You just left me needy over here." I heard Jimin complain softly, coming closer to take a look at Julie.

"Julie, look how mean your papa is. He doesn't want mama to be near you! How cruel." I joked, facing her head towards him. "Bad papa."

A sudden 'hmp' came out from the little girl's mouth, as she turned her head away from him. Almost as if she understood what I said.

"Baby, no! Papa is sorry! Here, let me make it up to you." Jimin gently carried her in his arms, rocking her around as he walked towards the bed.

As I saw the father-daughter duo, I couldn't help but let out a tiny squeal. I couldn't believe that I had such a wonderful family, with a beautiful daughter and a loving husband.

I saw how Jimin lied down, placing Julie on his chest before humming a melody while gently patting her small back.

Almost instantly, Julie's fidgeting ceased, her breath becoming even and eventually her eyes closed.

I lied down next to them, my hand on Jimin's over Julie's back. I kept my head on his chest, listening to his angelic voice and feeling its vibration.

Slowly my eyes closed, and the last thought in my head before I slept was, how thankful I was to everything that happened in my life that lead me to Jimin...

...the love of my life.
