Blare and I sat at the skate park together, I couldn't give enough of her, I couldn't stop kissing her.
"Are we still together?" I asked nervously.
"If we are I need to tell you something."
My heart beat became faster than ever.
"What?"
"I was at my friends house... her and I hooked up almost every night."
Those words pierced like knives.
"Was I even a thought in your head?" I started to cry.
"Yeah... at times."
At times.
I continued to cry, she attempted to comfort me but I brushed her off, I got away from her grip and I started to run home.
She didn't even care. She really didn't.
I bursted through the front door, my mom couldn't even get a hold of me. I pulled the pill bottle of ibuprofen out of my nightstand and choked down ten of them. I grabbed my blades and I was about to make my final attempt when police officers broke down my bedroom door and grabbed the blade from my hands, the officer grabbed me and carried me out to the ambulance. I didn't even hear the sirens, I must've been so depressed that I didn't care about what's going on around me.
"Give me them back!" I screamed as loud as I could, reaching for the officer who took my blades.
"You're going to the hospital again Kate." My mom cried.
"Don't take me. Just give me my blades and you won't have to pay for another hospital visit." I sobbed.
"What were you thinking?" blares familiar voice yelled.
"You didn't love me" I screamed, the paramedics tied my hands to the stretcher.
"I did love you! I just left and things happened!" she cried.
"You just love everybody then until you go away and cheat for two months huh?" I screamed.
The paramedic closed the door and the ambulance started.
