Chapter 2

~AFTER SCHOOL~

You made your way out of the doors, into the parking lot and over to Gray's jeep. He hadn't come out yet so you stood around, leaning on the door. Five minutes passed and he eventually came out as well. He saw you were already waiting so he pulled out his keys from his jean pocket, unlocked the car and shouted to you,

Gray: "Jump in!"

You got into the car and threw your bag into the back, before leaning against your seat and sighing. Grayson opened the door on his side and got in as well.

Gray: "You feeling alright?"

Y/N: "Yeah, I guess... I'm just already sick of school."

Gray: "Want me to come over and we can chill?" He looked over at you, smiled and raised an eyebrow.

Y/N: "Sure, but I'm choosing the movie," you said with a smirk.

Gray: "Oh come on Y/N, for fucks sake, you're gonna choose horror," he exclaimed while bending his head back and sighing.

Y/N: "Oh deal with it you big baby, I'll make sure it's not too scary for you." You giggled to yourself, knowing you were gonna choose one that would absolutely terrify him.

~Maddie's P.O.V~

I pulled up to Grayson's and saw his car parked outside the house next to his.. odd. I jumped out, walked over to the door while I fixed my hair, and knocked three times. I expected to see Grayson, but instead, I was greeted by his mum... just my luck.

Lily: "Oh, hi Maddie, nice to see you again.."

Maddie: "Hey Lily, I was just wondering where Grayson was," I said with an innocent smile.

Lily: "I think he's at Y/N's house right now, but I can tell him to give you a call later if you wa-"

Maddie: "Of course he is." I rolled my eyes. "No, don't worry about it. I just wanted to talk to him about his relationship with Y/N, but I guess I'll just ask him at school.."

Lily: "His relationship with Y/N?" She looked at me cluelessly, but I could see a glint of hope in her eyes.

Maddie: "Well, they're supposedly 'dating' now so... anyway, it doesn't matter, have a nice day," I smiled at her before walking off back to my car.

~Lily's P.O.V~

Grayson and.. Y/N are... DATING?! Oh my gosh, I HAVE to call Y/M/N and tell her!

~Your P.O.V~

You closed your bedroom door and carried the bowl of popcorn over to Grayson, who was laying on your bed and hugging a pillow.

Gray: "You said it wouldn't be that bad.." He turned to you and moved over a little so there was more space.

Y/N: "Gray, this isn't scary," you said with a chuckle as you sat down next to him. You laid the bowl in between you two and put your head on his shoulder. You sat there with a smile, knowing what was gonna happen next.

"Any second now.." you thought to yourself. Annddd...

Gray: "AHHHHH!"

Grayson jumped onto you and hid his face in your shoulder. You cracked up laughing to the point where your stomach started to ache.

Y/N: "Gray stop... I can't... breath!"

Gray: "That wasn't funny Y/N!" He chuckled slightly and adjusted himself to a more comfortable position, yet he was still holding onto you. You continued watching the movie and started playing around with his hair until your mum burst into your room.
