39 | My DNA

Jaehwa walked into taehyung's office with a file on his hand.

"Sir, I got the information you asked for," He said and taehyung nodded.

"You can leave now, thank you," taehyung said and jaehwa took his leave.

Taehyung looked at the file in front of him, desperate to see what's inside even though he probably knows everything.

He carefully opened the file as he read jungkook's name, blood type, university name, along with extra information about jungkook that the company requires.

Taehyung's eyes widened as he read extra info about jungkook. His eyes teared up looking and processing the information.

"I have two kids?" taehyung sobbed tear slipping from his eyes.

"Why didn't you tell me jungkook?" his face lit up as he looked at the paper again. He couldn't explain how happy he was to know that he had kids. His kids. His DNA. 

With all those information, there lay jungkook's address. He thought for a few seconds before leaving his office to peek in jungkook's office. He saw the latter working peacefully.

Why is he so calm? Doesn't he remember what happened yesterday?

Taehyung knocked on the door and heard a 'come in'.

Jungkook looked up from his place and stood up as soon as saw who it was.

"What are you doing here?" jungkook questioned.

"Maybe you forgot that this is my company and I can go wherever I want," taehyung sad looking at the younger's face. He can't get enough of it, he can stare at that face forever.

"jung-"

"I don't want to talk about it. Please leave, I beg you," jungkook cut taehyung off.

"and please don't call my name with that mouth of yours that's been who knows where.

Taehyunf felt a pang in his chest but decided to leave the younger alone, not wanting to get him mad.

Taehyung walked back to his office with a broken heart.

Why wouldn't he let me explain?

Then he remembered that the kids go to school and the address was also written on the file. A smile formed on his thin lips.

It was currently 2:45 pm which means Taemin and jungwook get off from school. Taehyung was already there half an hour ago waiting for his 2 little pumpkins.

As the dismissal bell rang, all the kids got out of their classes running to their parents. And there came two little adorable kids running, one that looks like jungkook and the other that looks like taehyung. They ran to an unfamiliar face who taehyung didn't quite know. 

Who is he? Did jungkook find someone else to replace me?

Thoughts ran across taehyungs mind as he was trying to process the strangers face.  

The kids looked happy, that's all mattered right now. Taehyung was so happy to see his kids that he didn't realize he was staring at them for too long.

"Bogumie, look there is someone staring at us," Jungwook pointed at taehyung.

Taehyung noticed and quickly turned away and walked to his car.

He drove back to his company with a sad/happy smile on his face.
