41 | Don't leave me

Jungkook was in his office when he suddenly got a phone call.

"Hello?" jungkook answered the phone.

"come to my office, now," jungkook heard from the other side. 

when jungkook was about to answer, the phone cut off. He just sighed and went to his office.

Taehyung's Pov:

I  heard a knock on the door. "come in"

Jungkook came in and bowed down, greeting me. My heart sank by his action.

"you don't need to bow down. It's not like we are strangers are anything," I said looking straight at him.

"Why did you call me, sir," he said with no emotion.

"kookie-" 

"Jungkook, it's jungkook," he cut me off. I sighed. 

I got up from my seat and walked towards him.

"Jungkook," I leaned my face closer to his. He didn't move back nor did he try to push me away.

"Can you plz let me know what my mistake is plz," my face inches away from his. I was on the verge of crying.

He looked away from me.

"I think I should go now," he said turning his back on me but I grabbed him and hugged him from behind. My face in the crook of his neck. I was sobbing again. 

"Jungkook, please, please don't leave me. I need you, please," I said a tear escaping my eyes.

"Do you know how hard it was for me to live without you?" he didn't say anything. He stayed there. I took this as a sign to continue.

"These 5 years, it was hell for me. Not even a single day did I not think about you," I sobbed more making his white shirt dress wet.

"When I first saw you in the company, you do not know how relieved I was knowing that you were okay," I felt him shift in his place. 

"And why didn't you tell me about our kids?" his body stiffened. 

"H-how do you know about the kids?" he let out in a quiet whisper. 

"I saw it on your file," I let out through my broken voice. He pulled away from me making me miss his warmth.

"Taehyung, I don't know what you went through or whether you missed me or not, just know that I'm happy with my life now. Nothing's complicated and heartbreaking," I was confused, sad, angry. 

"And aren't you married? Aren't you supposed to worry about her rather than chasing after me?" 

Married?  

"What do you mean married? married to who?"
