"Jade come down here quick! Theres a squirrel on our window sill!"

I could hear her footsteps loud and clear and they pounded down the stairs, socked feet sliding up behind me as she stood as still as she could.

Her ragged breath hit my shoulder as we watched the squirrel, watching it twich and stare at us through the open window.

"You know those peanuts i always keep up there when we work? They finally came in handy."

I watched as Jade got in front of me, and in between her fingers was a nut.

"Here little squirrel. Have a nut. C'mon."

The squirrel twitched, curiously stepping up towards her fingers.

"The squirrels gonna bite your fingers." "Bet."

I snickered, watching and Jade got closer. "Here squirrley squirrley, come get your daily dose of- oh fuck!"

The squirrel jumped off the window sill and onto the grass, running up a nearby tree.

"Jennie! That fucker bit me! Help i think i may be dying!" "God youre so over dramatic." I grabbed her hand, walking into the kitchen to run the bite under cold water.

"Do you think we should go to the doctor to check it out?" "Use google. For now we're gonna put ointment on it and wrap it in a bandaid. Keep your finger there while i get the things we need."

Jade gave me the side glance that she always gives me when she has a question.

"Yes, Jade, ive been bitten by a squirrel before. No, i will not share why because youre the stupid fuck who desides to feed a squirrel a god damn nut and as your girlfriend im only going to laugh at you for today."

I walked off before she could say anything else. "Whore!" Jade yelled out.

"Slut!"
"Cumrag!"
"Dick cheese!"
"Blue waffle!"

"I love you baby!"

There was silence for a bit as i grabbed the ointment and bandaids, snickering to myself as i walked back down.

"What not gonna- " i saw her rush towards me, wrap her arms around me to kiss me softly. I sighed, feeling the jolt that never leaves run through my body as i wrap my arms around her waist.

"I love you too, now make me feel better daddy." "We're not even dudes, how the fuck is that gonna work?"

"Mommy?" "No." "Master?" "Stop Jade." "Oh i know! Madre!" "Thats it, apply it yourself." "No baby im sorry! Come back. Hey dont you flip me off you bitch!"
