"Dude its been so long since ive been to a pool party! Ive forgotten what a part even feels like!" John laughed at the excited figure moving around the house to gather supplies. They both were invited to a pool party at Evans, Jaren being the most excited.

"Wait am I forgetting something? I feel like i am." Jaren stood infront of the pile that he made, a hand on his chin as he thought.

John made his way over to his boyfriend, standing behind him to wrap his arms around Jaren. Said boy jumped im suprise, but was quick to coddle into the warmth that radiated off of him.

"You forgot me Jay, how could you!" John kissed from Jarens ear down to his shoulder, causing a giggle that made Johns heart flutter.

"I could never forget the bitch boy I love and hate!" Jaren turned, wrapping his arms around the taller figure and placed kisses all around his face.

"Awee I love and hate you too Jay!" Both boys laughed, settling down on the couch to cuddle with each other before they left.

John had this nagging feeling though that he was forgetting something.

"Hey look its the bitch boy with the fancy place and big ass pool!"

Evan tried to glare, but his eyes shone pure joy. "Hey fuck you! I couldve left you to be bored but I didnt!"

"What a canadian!" Jaren shouted back, a wide smile on his face. "Youre one too so shut the fuck up Jaren!" Evan retorted. They both laughed and started catching up with each other.

John placed his and Jarens bags down, grabbing a beer from the cooler and sitting down on one of the chairs that were set out. He watched as the others had fun, laughing at their stupidity. His breath hitched.

His juul.

He left his juul at home which is 3 hours away.

Fuck.

His breathing became laboured as he stood up, ready to tell his lover of the ordeal before suddenly he was pushed. He felt cold all around and when he opened his eyes it burned like hell.

He swam up, taking a gulp of air as laughter rang about around him. Fuck its so cold.

"John you good buddy?" He looked around and nodded, a fake smile plastered on his face. Fuck he was having another attack and he didnt have his vapr with him to calm himself down.

"You shouldve seen youre face when we pushed you dude!" Tyler laughed out with Luke. John nodded, climbing out of the pool.

"Would you guys excuse me for a bit? Thanks." Johm was quick to leave the area, finding a bathroom to hide in. His breathing became laboured, far worse than earlier as tears filled his eyes. His chest fluttered, but not in a good way. He was having a fucking panic attack, here at a pool party with all his friends and boyfriend. Jesus get your life straight John.

"Babe? You in here? I can hear you so Im coming in anyways." Jaren walked in, sadness in his gaze as he looked at his shivering lover. He had another attack, but were was his vape?

"I-I forgot it at home. Stupid John, so stupid." Jaren sat atop Johns lap, holding him in his arms. "Its okay John, im here Im here. Dont worry. Im not going anywhere, here imagine we are at the beach. Just you and me. The warm sand beneath our feet, your hand in mine."

Jarem carressed Johns cheek, his breaths becoming slower as he listened. "We dance in the setting suns light, and you kiss me, making a vow to always be by my side." Jaren placed a gentle kiss on Johns lips, letting him decide if he wanted to deepen it.

John chose that exact thing, holding Jarens head in his hands as he kissed his lover. The tears in his eyes dried, feeling calmer as they sat there. They pulled apart, and Jaren was quick to hold his lover again.

"You okay babe?" "Im much better now, thank you Jay." "Anytime love."
