I glanced at my reflection in the mirror and watched a smile make its way onto my lips.

I had on my blood red cocktail dress that hugged my body from waist up. The bottom poofing out in a cute elegant way and stopping mid thigh. The black tie that wrapped around my waist, bowing itself on my left hip.

My black death heels finishing off my sexy, but so not slutty look. I decided to let my hair airdry and let it be. As far as makeup, I did the smokey eye effect, a bit of mascara, and a perfect amount of red lipstick. The color matched my dress, so I thought what the heck?

"I am so good!, " I whooped, doing a mini victory dance. Well, attempting to since I was in 6 inch heels.

So not cool, my wolf huffed. I stuck my tongue out mentally and taunted, You wish you were as good as me.

She snorted and replied, Yeah right. I was ready for another round of bickering with my wolf until she was up and alert. I felt a presence behind me and with the way my wolf was lovestruck im sure it was Jace.

"Not that I dont enjoy the view, but we have a BBQ to attend to, " his husky dreamy voice rang out. I froze on the spot. Man, I was in the zone.

I straightened my posture and fixed my appearance. Facing to send a playful glare his way, I scolded, " Dont sneak up on me like that! Bejesus."

He chuckled and made his way over to me, wrapping his arms around my waist. He looked me up and down hungrily, making me giggle at him.

"Like you didnt know I was there. God Zai, maybe we should just stay back, " he suggested lustfully. I rolled my eyes and smirked, " Why Jace? Wont be able to keep it in your pants for a few hours? "

He growled playfully and replied huskily, " With you looking like this? Hell no." I blushed furiously at his comment and rolled my eyes, " Whatever Jace . Lets go. I bet the others are waiting for us. I also happened to have not seen Nicole for two weeks. I miss her! "

I intertwined my fingers with his, pulling him along as we made out way to the others. He chuckled at my excitement and mind linked me 'Fine. But tonight .. Your all mine'

I gasped at him as I felt the heat rise to my cheeks. I hit his chest playfully and exclaimed, " Perv! "

He grinned widely and said, " Only for you, babe. " I rolled my eyes at him and huffed, " Yeah. It better be. "

We walked down the stairs to see the others waiting for us. Jamie had a very annoyed look on her face while Masy played with her hair. Malik and Rai were oblivious to us while they were staring at each other in their own bubble.

Jace's boys were here too. I got to talk to them once in a while. Or when Jace would allow it.

First there was Jake. He had a frohawk that was dyed half black and white. No, I dont know his natural hair color. He refuses to tell me. He turned 16 yesterday and guess what he requested from me? To stop asking about his hair color . But did I listen? Nope. His honest lime eyes twinkling with adoration and sadness as he stared at Jamie.. Lovingly?

Then there was Rico and Cole. Who I learned were brothers and also Jace's cousins. They shared the same chocolate brown hair and dark brown eyes. You'd never think they were brothers because they do not look alike. They only shared hair color and eyes. Other than that, you cant see a relation.

Then theres Max. His light blonde hair and emerald green eyes. Which btw, I was so jealous of. His eyes didn't glow like mine. It looked natural while mine was eyecatching.
