The farm girl that lived across the street

Diana pov 

When I first got here It was quiet but when she moved across the street I wake up at 5:00 every single day because of her routine I mean I never saw what she looked like because I didn't care. Now I feel like I need to see her myself I mean from what I heard she looks like a mess but she is my age they said. I get dressed and walk outside to her house I knock after I did I heard someone falling down the stairs with a grown "I'm coming", she said she opened the door It revealed a cute brunette in overalls and a dirty face with a scratch on her cheek. I was frozen with shock she's so adorable I look down and heard a giggle "Hello there I'm Akko Kagari I see your the one who lives across". I nodded and looked at her she gave me a smile that could kill someone I put my hand out "Hi I'm Diana Cavendish and I just came here to say Hi" when she grabbed my hand It felt so rough but soft I smiled but It looks like I was failing at It. 

I let go of her hand feeling empty  I sighed then my stomach growled I looked away feeling embarrassed for her hearing that. She grabbed my face "are you hungry", she said while looking in my eyes I felt numb all over "Y-Yes", I said while blushing she let go but instead grabbed my hand. She led me into her house I look at her home It was warm and adorable I sat down on the kitchen chair I smiled something wonderful I look on my left to see her with a plate with homemade breakfast. I looked at her with smiled "go ahead I'll be right back", she said while going upstares I ate It was delicious  I finished in a second. I heard something behind me to Akko in regular clothes I almost dropped the fork "You okay Diana you look like you just died" I nodded while turning away Idiot I thought.

I felt her hand on my shoulder I flinched from the sudden contact "Hey Diana you wanna walk around the city with me" I nodded without turning around but she grabbed me and turned me around. She grabbed my face "eyes up here Diana"  I noded I could tell I was dying on the outside by the look on her face. She let go of my face but not my hand and we walked to the city the first place we went to was the candy store and she got lollipops and I got cookies. We stopped at the park bench and sat down It was cold and quiet "Hey Diana can I ask you something", she said I nodded yes. She put her hand on mine I thought you would hate me because I wake up at a different time or do different things, but you're hanging out with me".

 She sighed "thanks for not casting me out or ignoring me when I'm right in front of you" she hugged me I hugged back. We pulled away and began staring at each other she was leaning in what do I do  I thought then It started to rain great I just ruined my chance she grabbed my "let's go home, Diana". I nodded but sighed when we got to her house I sat on the couch I was freezing but that's what I get for not doing anything I felt something warm It was a towel she put It on my shoulder's I wiped my face and put it down. I felt another movement but next to me she was sitting down while looking at the fireplace this time I grabbed her hand when she looked my way this time again I grabbed her face. I kissed her well I could tell she was shocked I pulled away while looking away she grabbed my face kissed back. We stayed like that for five minutes before pulling away and the last I heard before falling asleep was "I love you, princess and I'm always here".
